Read a novel on Twitter! No, really.

Axe It was only a matter of time, wasn't it?: Faber author R.N. Morris is serializing his 2007 crime novel A Gentle Axe via Twitter, according to Bookseller.com.

Morris has around 200 followers on Twitter, the story says, adding that he updates his account a couple of times a day. His followers send him questions about the book, and he responds.

Oh, the temptation to just start raging about the idiocy of new technology is strong. Must...not...sound...like...an...old...geezer. Now, if you'll just get outta my yahd, everything will be fine.
