Too much food!
Although I'm on vacay, this is definitely not the time to stop working out. My niece and nephew are visiting, and my diet has changed from mostly vegetables, fruits and whole grains to a sourdough pretzel at Wannado City, cheese pizza at Zo's Summer Groove and Chinese food, and the week isn't over yet. My company doesn't leave until Friday. So far, I have continued to spend at least an hour in the gym each day. I'll do overtime Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and then I'll be back to normal come Monday. I guess it's OK to splurge every once in a while. What the heck, you only live once, right?
