The Miami Dolphins have officially become the Springfield Isotopes, the baseball team from the elusive Springfield where TV's The Simpson's live.
The Isotopes play in a stadium named for Duff Beer.
The Dolphins now play in LandShark Stadium (Dolphin Stadium till last week), named for LandShark Beer.
Landshark is Jimmy Buffett's brew. I like Margaritaville as much as the next guy, but c'mon.
Yeah, I know the Milwaukee Brewers have Miller Park, and the Colorado Rockies have Coors Field.
But LandShark just doesn't seem right. Plus sharks and dolphins don't mix.
In the end, I don't know why I care, 'cause none of the rich folks who run or play for the Fins is sharing his wealth with me.

"But LandShark just doesn't seem right. Plus sharks and dolphins don't mix."
Well that really depends on the net you are using.

Why not LandShark Stadium? We already have U.S. Cellular Field, Progressive Field, Coors Field, Comerica Park, Minute Maid Park, Miller Park, Citi Field, Citizens Bank Park, PNC Park, Busch Stadium, PETCO Park, AT&T Park, Safeco Field, and Tropicana Field.

Everyone who visits the park is probably going to get to see the old Saturday Night Live skit about the landshark.
