A majority of online holiday shoppers surveyed by Nielsen Online said they were happy about their online shopping experience this year.
About 82 percent reported being very satisfied or somewhat satisfied with the customer support available.
Among the 46 percent of people who said they planned to post reviews of their online shopping experience, 88 percent said those reviews would be positive.
But how much shopping were these people doing online? Out of those surveyed, 46 percent said they bought a majority of their gifts online -- not just one or two items.
