Fort Lauderdale's Citrix Systems, which was studying whether to move at least some of its employees out of Florida, said Wednesday it's not planning on moving its headquarters or any of its workforce.
Citrix spokesman Eric Armstrong said rumors that Citrix is moving to North Carolina are false.
''We're not going anywhere,'' he said. ``We're maintaining a large presence in South Florida.''
Citrix, South Florida's largest technology company, considered moving employees because of the struggles it has had in attracting and retaining skilled employees. Citrix employs about 1,500 people in South Florida.
