AT&T Wireless has continued to invest in its mobile broadband network for South Florida, adding capacity to 94 cell sites to support growing demand in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. It also activated two new cell sites in Miramar and Fort Lauderdale.
The new Miramar cell site is located south of the intersection of University Drive and Pembroke Road. In Fort Lauderdale, the new cell site is located on N.E. 14th Ave., just south of the intersection of Cypress Creek Road and Dixie Highway, and boosting coverage to the surrounding areas.
