Office Accounting in Espanol

This week Microsoft announced that its Office Accounting 2008 software has a few upgrades, including the fact that there is a bilingual Spanish-English version. So if want to send invoices in Spanish to Spanish-speaking clients, and invoices in English to English-speaking clients, you can translate with a click of a button.

Sounds perfecto for South Floridians.

The basic version of the software is free to download. If you want Office Accounting Professional, that'll cost you $199.95 (but you can try it for free for 60 days).

Pzizz off

Pzizz_screenshot_2Can you take a name like pzizz seriously? Neither can I, but this product from England is serious about giving you some pzizzes (p for power nap, and zizz for the British slang for catching some zzz's).

The pzizz is software that creates soothing sounds that "combines Neuro Linguistic Programming techniques," aka, a guy's voice whispering to you, telling you subconsciously to go to sleep.

I don't have a sleeping problem, so listening to this in headphones was more distracting than comforting, yet I did get to sleep, so I guess it worked. It wasn't my cup of tea, but maybe it'll work for you. You can read my review here, or download a sample to try for yourself at pzizz.com.
