And now, The CW's post-strike plans

Six of CW's shows will return with fresh episodes now that the writers' strike is over. First up are a pair of sitcoms that actually had completed all production before the strike and have a big backlog of episodes ready to go: Aliens In America will start a run of eight new episodes on March 2; Everybody Hates Chris, 12 new episodes beginning March 3. The first show actually produced since the strike will be football sitcom The Game, which broadcasts the first of nine new episodes on March 23. From there it's teen soap One Tree Hill, April 14 (six episodes); Superman-roots show Smallville on April 17 (five); teen soap Gossip Girl  on April 21 (five); devilish comedy Reaper on April 22 (five); and the ghost-busting Supernatural on April 24 (four).
