How much was it worth to Kris Allen to win last year's American Idol competition? At least $650,000, says the New York Times, which got a look at the contracts for some Idol contestants. That includes recording contracts, performance fees, merchandising deals and $100,000 to yell, "I'm going to Disney World!" at the moment of victory.
