Welcome to the new, improved blog format. All Miami Herald bloggers are moving to TypePad blog software, so forgive this techno-illiterate a few beginner's mistakes.
You can go back to the old blog, where the photos will be (until I put some here; we couldn't transport them from the old site). Click on the link to the right, "prior to October 2006," to read past entries.
A new feature: Categories. Postings will be grouped by category, such as "lost and found," "books," "pet pix." And a few more that I'll think up.
The email address for sending messages and photos is still pets@MiamiHerald.com.
