To celebrate the
culmination of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Month, Miami area residents and
visitors are invited to attend The Pet Care Fair supported by Walmart to benefit
the ASPCA® (The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals),
Humane Society of Greater Miami and Miami-Dade Animal Services on May 1. The
pet-friendly, family event will take place Saturday, May 1, from 10 a.m. – 4
p.m. at Bayfront Park, located at 301 North Biscayne Boulevard.
The Pet Care Fair also includes a 1-mile Fun Walk for dogs and their owners beginning at 9:30 a.m. at Bayfront Park. Pre-registration for the public is available online for $15 at http://www.active.com/event_detail.cfm?event_id=1851441, or on-site for $20, beginning at 8:30 a.m. on May 1. All proceeds benefit the ASPCA, Humane Society of Greater Miami and Miami-Dade Animal Services. Walk participants will receive an ASPCA bandana and goody bag complete with product samples and coupons from pet care sponsors.

Unable to make it to
Bayfront Park, but want to show support for the ASPCA? “Lend A Paw”

donate $1 (for a total donation of up to $100,000) to support the
ASPCA.
