Found Dog this morning-- he's someone's pet

Black/white/brown male mix - shepherd/beagle/Lab?? -- about one year old, not neutered male, 36 lbs. Very well groomed and healthy, very sweet and well behaved. Built like a small Lab, coloring like a beagle, markings like a shepherd. Found running in traffic Biscayne Blvd. outside the Arsht Center this morning (photo to come). No collar or chip. A Good Samaritan chased him down in front of the Herald building. She and I took him to Biscayne Veterinary Center, 5841 Biscayne Blvd. 305-575-1190. The nice people there are treating some minor flesh wounds and keeping him overnight (and only charging for boarding, which is very kind). Would love to get him back to his owners. Email me at pets@miamiherald.com or call 305-376-3631. Thanks.
