This is Mocha!
I am about a year old and kind of small for a Lab, about 55 pounds. I grew up at a hoarder's house in Arkansas before the nice people from rescue came along. When the first rescue got me I was skinny and had lost a lot of hair and was pretty malnourished. I have to say that although I like other animals, it's nice to be around just a few! I get more attention that way. My foster mom says I am a very good boy for my age. I know how to sit and lie down. I am crate-trained and run inside my crate when it's time to eat (I love dinner). I am great at fetch; I bring the ball right back and either drop it or let it be taken from my mouth. I take treats very gently. I get along really well with the big and small dog in my foster home. There is a cat there too, but he doesn't bother me at all. I am a little starved for love. but now that I know there is plenty of it go go around I am starting to relax. I would be a great dog for an active family because I am very lithe and athletic. I would also make a great second dog because I love to play! If I sound like the dog for you, please contact Lab Rescue.
