He showed up at the Miami Herald building this morning, NO tags. NO chip. Not neutered, probably about 3 years old, VERY friendly, very clean, well fed, healthy, has scars from an old injury on his front legs and flank. We're calling him Harold. Email pets@miamiherald.com for more info.
