Miami, FL - The Humane Society of Greater Miami Adopt-A-Pet received a grant from PetSmart Charities to provide free spay/neuter surgeries for all cats living in West Perrine, South Miami Heights and zip codes 33170 and 33032. All felines will also receive an upper respiratory and rabies vaccination, as well as an ear tip to identify them as a sterilized cat.
Free-roaming cats and personal pets are eligible for these services. Assistance is available to help capture and transport felines to the veterinary clinic if necessary. All cat caretakers in these communities are encouraged to call 305-233-9833 and leave a message so a volunteer may call back and schedule an appointment. Services will be provided at Bravo Animal Clinic, located at 10901 SW 186 Street, Miami, FL 33157.
