Boston Terrier Needs a Home

This is Gus, he's 6, and his mommy died. He REALLY needs a loving home. From his mommy's niece,  who's trying to place him:

"My aunt had an absolute knack for housetraining dogs and Gus is no exception. 

He is accustomed to condo living, requiring only 3-4 short walks a day and typically went out at 7 p.m. and then not again until 7 a.m. or later the next morning.  As you can see from the pictures, he's a little spoiled but cute as a button and he listens well.  He's current on all shots, vaccines etc. and has always taken Heartguard monthly.  He's not like a young Boston, has calmed, but is still a more than willing participant in an enthusiastic game of catch.

He'd be perfect for an older person or couple with a fenced yard, or anyone capable of taking him for short walks.  We want what's best for the dog and want to place him in a good home.''

This is awful, and I hope this little guy turns up. I'll have a photo soon. Here's part of the email I got. Apparently, someone stole the dog.

There is an 82-year-old men who is suffering for the lost of his companion and best friend. This gentleman became a widow recently and "Guicho" has being his solace and refuge.

Guicho was taken from the proximity of Flagler and 43rd. Place, in Miami. He is a Schnauzer, complete male, full ears, cropped tail, young adult, Salt and Pepper. He was wearing a blue collar and he has a microchip. A reward for his safe return is offered, no questions ask. We are heart broken and want him back at home.

APB on a lost Yorkie

He's an old guy named Timmy and he went missing in Hollywood. He weighs 4 pounds and has a collar and tags. He needs medication and needless to say, his humans are frantic. He was lost near the Estates of Lauderdale off Stirling Road, kind of on the cusp of Hollywood and Dania Beach.

Chocolate. Yummy!

Look at this handsome chocolate boy! His name is Spencer and he needs a loving home. He's had a rough way to go but is in fine shape - thanks to Lab Rescue. Here's the story:

He is the most easygoing, happy, 8-year-old you may ever meet. Spencer was found lying on the side of a deserted road by a good Samaritan over a year ago. He could  hardly stand, his eyes and ears were swollen shut from infections and  he had very little hair. Spencer spent almost two weeks on IVs, but 
through it all every day his tail still wagged. Today, after a year of  good food (he has a restricted diet no wheats and flours and lots of  moderate exercise (he loves to swim and fetch squeaky balls), Spencer  is one of our greatest rescues. He seems truly thankful to be alive! He is very polite and well mannered, loves everybody and everything. 

Spencer is a special boy and we are looking for that special family that will love and treat him as  a loving gentle soul that he is. Found Kitty Needs a Home

I found Molly, the calico kitty, in a foreclosed home in the West Grove.  The neighbors say that she was left behind by her previous owners—she was in pretty bad shape when I found her.  It’s been about two months that I’ve had her now and she’s been spayed and given all of her boosters.  My vet thinks that she is about six months old now.  She is in perfect health and has an amazing personality, it’s just that I’m totally overloaded with my own cats and I just don’t have the space for her in my apartment.  Molly has a very loving personality and would make a great addition to any pet lover’s life.  Please forward to your list.  If anyone wants to meet Molly I live on S. Magnificent Shepherd at the Shelter

Just look at this magnificent animal. He's 2, and has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. They're calling him Strongheart at the county shelter, where his ID number is A1082632. He's a typical retriever of toys when he's out in the yard and a  cuddly bunny when inside. Xander is a well behaved sweetheart inside  the house. He has lots of love to give and is always seeking love and  attention from his human friends. Xander is doing very well in his  LRROF foster home but he is looking for that special 'furever'  family.  Come visit and I am sure he would love to retriever or take a  walk with you.
