Wisconsin: Where sex with corpses is illegal

We've got state Supreme Court decisions popping up all over the place today.

In Florida, the Supremes ruled it's cool for sex offenders on probation to possess porn, so long as it doesn't relate to their "particular deviant behavior pattern."

And in Wisconsin, the state's high court ruled it's illegal to have sex with dead bodies there because corpses cannot give consent.

48d56e1241e24251a47ed46b968120fbh_2 The ruling means twin brothers Nicholas and Alexander Grunke and Dustin Radke (left), all 22, will have sexual assault charges reinstated against them. The charges had been dismissed and prosecutors appealed the decision.

The trio is accused of trying to dig up the body of a 20-year-old woman who died in a motorcycle crash in 2006. (Nick Grunke saw the young woman's obituary photo and asked for help unearthing her corpse so he could have sex with it.)

looking at that kid Nicholas, digging up a corpse is about the only chance he has of having sex with a woman
