Ohio resident Kile Wygle, 28, is fighting a DUI harge he got after he crashed from a rather unusual perch: his bar stool.
But it wasn't just any bar stool - his was attached to a five-horse power lawn mower engine, wheels and the mower's steering wheel.
"It was just an accident. I mean a little minor accident," Wygle told a CNN affiliate. He crashed trying to make a U-turn in front of his home.
When police asked him how much he had to drink, Wygle responded "a lot.''

Isn't it ironic or paradoxical? A bar stool got the man the DUI charge. It could have been worse if he got himself into a road accident and harmed other people. Ah well, he was indeed drunk to pull this stunt off.

Even if he did drive slowly, even if the vehicle in question was barely half a car, drunk driving is a no-no. Minor property damage can cost a lot in repairs, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated can put your life and others in danger.
