Two men burned a six-year-old boy's buttocks several times.
Even more disturbing is police identified the men as the boy's father Gerald Hall, left, and uncle Glenn Hall, right.
Police said the blowtorch was the “main act of discipline used” on the boy, who is currently in protective custody.
It comes to no surprise, the father of the child was on parole after serving time in a 2003 drunken driving case.
