Police said Steven Grass, 55, has been addicted to robbing banks in South Florida since the 90s.

He got the nickname, after getting in the habit of handing over a note to bank tellers that said "THIS IS NO JOKE."

Besides the joy of robbing banks, Grass like Batman's Joker used dye to color his hair.

Police: Man attacks baby with an ax

Police arrested a man after he used an ax to attack two women and a baby in Las Vegas, the Associated Press is reporting.

A woman saw a man attacking a woman with a stroller and intervened, but it was too late. The baby died at the scene. The other woman was inside a house. Police said the attacks were random. Watch the video report.
