Police arrested Frank Dryman, 78, a fugitive who had been missing since 1969, The Associated Press is reporting.
He adopted the identity of Victor Houston to act as a notary and offer his services at a wedding chapel in Arizona.
Dryman gave the vow "until death do us part" a creepy meaning.
He had been sentenced to life in prison in 1955 for killing a man.

That was a horrifying story, wedding is a a solemn and a meaningful event of a person who wants to marry but it should not be held by a criminal and a wanted person. There was some marriage officiate naples that you can find also it is very legal.
