Police officers and firefighters performed a heroic rescue at the Hudson River on Tuesday after a woman hurled her toddler into the chilly Hudson River before jumping in behind her. The woman survived and is facing attempted murder charges. The baby is in critical condition on Wednesday morning. Watch the video report.
