Sadly this is not a joke.
Indonesia does not have a law to protect children from smoking.
This two-year-old baby from Indonesia is named Ardi Rizal. His parents gave him his first cigarette when he was 18-moths-old. He now smokes 40 a day and his dad does not mind. Here is the story.
