Venezuelan president plays traffic cop

A young man driving a truck in a high-way in Venezuela would have never imagined the person he tailgated, honked at and passed on the shoulder was Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez.

But it was. And the president was not having it.

Chavez chased him down, scolded him and even talked about him on his nationally televised weekly show. Here is the story.
