I saw report on TV. The guy looks like the same guy who hit me on my motorcycle but when I chased and caught him the police refused to cite or charge him for elluding. The simularity and age group is there. Can I know his name please? Is it Bryant Ozuna or something like that? I have to know. If he is I would want to let the victims family know he should have been charged or cited with a hit and run just 3 months ago but wasn't.

to the comment above, no that is not his name. Not even close. I know this young man personally and can confirm that it is not the same person
