A drier start to the weather week

LissetteSick of the rain?

On Monday and Tuesday, South Florida will get a break.

Forecasters are predicting a low chance of rain to start the week after what seemed like a deluge every day last week.

But don't get too optimistic. Wet weather is expected to return by mid-week.

"We're in for a drier pattern today and tomorrow," said CBS4 meteorologist Lissette Gonzalez.

Still, the forecast will bring a warm breeze, high humidity and, yes, a few showers. "The rain chance remains low," she said,
The high will be in the low-80s Monday, with a 20 percent chance of rain, according to the National Weather Service.
