A small plane has made an emergency landing on the sand at 57th Street in Miami Beach, according to police.
Miami Beach Fire Rescue and Ocean Rescue are on the scene. The pilot and three passengers escaped safely, authorities said.
"No injuries, pilot said he was having engine problems," Miami Beach police said on Twitter.
This is the second emergency landing on a Florida beach this week. On Sunday, a small plane landed on a Venice beach in Southwest Florida, killing a man and critically injuring his 9-year-old daughter, who died on Monday night.
