Miami-Dade under a flood advisory until 4:15 p.m.

A flood advisory has been issued for Central Miami-Dade as strong storms move across the region Monday afternoon. The advisory is in effect until 4:15 p.m.

More than three inches of rain has fallen in the Redland so far. Flooding also is expected in Homestead, Florida City and Goulds.
