Draft order, what picks need to bring [Update]

The NFL has released its official draft order for the April 2009 draft and although the order might change slightly at the end of rounds 3-7 because of the addition of compensatory picks, you can pretty much bank on much of this remaining.

So here's the 411 on the Dolphins:

They have nine overall picks. They have at least one selection in every round, except the sixth when they have no pick. They have two picks in the second round. They have three picks in the seventh round.

The picks by round:

FIRST -- 25th (25th overall).

SECOND -- 12th (44th overall) from Washington and 24th (56th overall).

THIRD -- 23rd (87th overall).

FOURTH -- 26th (122nd overall).

FIFTH -- 25th (153rd overall).

SIXTH -- 24th (184th overall) to Dallas.

SEVENTH -- 5th (197th overall) from Cleveland, 23rd (215th overall), and 28th (220th overall) from Carolina.

Alrightie then. So what do the Dolphins do with those picks, those nine opportunities to improve the team?

Following the league-wide cooling off of free agency at the end of this week, I think it will be obvious to everyone the Dolphins are not about to sign a sure-fire, starting-caliber player the remainder of free agency. Oh, some unrestricted free agent might sign and have the chance to compete for a starting job. Some veteran might even be cut unexpectedly -- as Chad Pennington was -- and also fit in as the Dolphins look to get an answer at a questionable position.

But are the Dolphins going to find someone in what remains of free agency that will be anointed a starter from the moment he puts signature to contract as Gibril Wilson and Jake Grove were? Probably not.

So it is the draft that will offer Miami the next greatest opportunity -- outside of trades -- to find starters. And on a team with as many needs as the Dolphins still have, one would expect they could find at minimum one and perhaps even three rookies to start relatively quickly out of the coming draft.

And where does Miami need these starters?

Cornerback. Wide receiver. Outside linebacker/pass rusher.

The cornerback spot as currently filled on the Miami roster shows what happens when a team invests a high draft pick on a position and the player flops. The loss of Andre' Goodman in free agency wouldn't be a big deal if Jason Allen, the first-round pick in 2006, were ready to step up and step in. Allen's not, at least coaches haven't thought so -- demoting him time after time after time, to the point he was mostly a special teams player at the end of last season.

So the Dolphins need a starting caliber cornerback and, at minimum, need someone with great promise to groom so he can step in when Will Allen is out of contact after the 2009 season. Cornerback, in my opinion, is currently the team's most glaring need.

Then there is the receiver position. The Dolphins need a No. 1 receiver. Can a rookie be a No. 1 receiver? Most cannot, but rookies can certainly make a difference as evidenced by the work Eddie Royal, DeSean Jackson and Donnie Avery did as rookies last season.

Hakeem Nicks screams "draft me" to Miami. He is polished. He is strong. He has experience in a pro offense. And Nicks is a great competitor as evidenced by the fact that when teammate Brandon Tate went down with an injury and teams rolled their coverages to Nicks, Nicks responded by improving his production. He was better when the pressure was on and teams paid closer attention to him. He would start on the Dolphins tomorrow.

But I doubt the Dolphins would be able to get him unless they get him in the first round and I don't know if that is the plan, given the relative value Bill Parcells places on wide receivers. We shall see. [Update: The youtube video I had up previously was of Nicks in 2007, his sophomore year. Thanks to N.C. fan Reggie Harrison for pointing it out. I've replaced it with a highlight look of 2008 action, including one of the sickest catches of the year at the 2:47 mark against West Virginia. Check out the concentration as Nicks brings the ball behind his back.]

The next highest priority is clearly improving the pass rush and the Dolphins will do this, in all probability, by picking an outside linebacker. Don't get hooked on strong side or weak side. As a rookie that player doesn't really have to start. He can be a situational pass rusher that plays in every passing situation as one of Miami's quarterback-chasing-front-four in the nickel and dime packages.

Eventually coaches will decide if that rookie rusher is Matt Roth's replacement in 2009 ... or Joey Porter's replacement beyond that. Again, don't get caught up in weak or strong side right away. The coaches will figure that out eventually. Concentrate on the need to get pressure on the quarterback from a source other than Porter, particularly in the nickel and dime packages. That's the key.

Actually, those are the three greatest keys to improving the Dolphins in 2009 now that free agency is about to slow to a trickle.

The NFL is going to have Miami's number this year, I fear. :(

Ok Guys and girls and those inbetween(not that theres anything wrong with that)the menace is taking your call, whats the 1st question for the cuban?

Ok Patches, You need to drink something besides urine, try miller lite, it taste the same but it gives you a buzz if you drink like 10 to 12, glad i could help, whats the next question for the menace..

I Just saw nicks fumbling the football about 3 times in one game on ESPN and why every one is crazy about him?I have no clue but talking about C.wake the for the FINS star next season .do you know he was the player of the year with most sacks ,he is going to da man

Sr. Cuban Menace,

Is it true the Dolphins will sign Usain Bolt at Wr, Kimbo Slice at ILB, and Dwayne Wade at Cb? Everybody knows that they would be the best team ever 19-0.

Alienman, you make several cogent points, but here is where I believe your argument becomes illogical:

1) The SS replaced the SA because Hitler suspected the SA of disloyalty and decapitated its leadership. (Remember "The Night of the Long Knives"?) Your fealty to either organization is immoral and disturbing.

2) You accuse Fan of being a "coxsucker." I bet you wouldn't say that in front of Bryan Cox.

3) Elizabeth Taylor didn't really balloon until after her second marriage to Richard Burton. But when she really troughed was during her marriage to Senator John Warner.

4) John F. Kennedy is an icon of the modern Democratic party. Yet his policies were anathema to today's Democrats (e.g. Kennedy cut marginal tax rates which ushered in an expansion of the American economy; Kennedy was a cold warrior who thought America should "defend any friend and oppose any foe.")

5) True, the Dolphins were the only NFL team to make the playoffs every year from 1997 to 2001, but they never won more than 1 playoff game in any of those years, and were never a serious threat to make a Super Bowl appearance.

6) Pat Summerall is no longer doing play-by-play, but his uninspiring monotone delivery is alive and well with Joe Buck. This "less-is-more" philosophy is destroying play-by-play. There is nothing wrong with showing emotion. Give me Dick Enberg ("Oh my!") any day over the sleep-inducing Buck.

7) Gershwin's "Rhapsody In Blue" is the victim of the "Hollywoodization" of music. i.e. The middle slow theme is played half as fast as it should be. Don't believe me? Look at the actual score, big shot!

menace, what you think that every one post's his photo with their comment then when you finish reading you look at the photo ,so you can relate both the comment and the photo and say now i know what an idiot looks like.

MY FOLLOW POSTERS, are you real about Dwyane Wade will play RB for dolphins

Sr. Cuban Menace,

Is it true the Dolphins will sign Usain Bolt at Wr, Kimbo Slice at ILB, and Dwayne Wade at Cb? Everybody knows that they would be the best team ever 19-0.

AlienMan, well said. Yes this is the original Mr. Bungle. It's ridiculous isn't it? I appreciate the props. The problem with signing in officially in blue is that the impostors can do that too. The type pad numbers are different if you put the cursor over the name, but how often does anyone check that and keep track of it.

Basically the impostors ruin the blogs, not the people they're stealing the name from. Look at the amount of crap in this blog.

I told Armando a long time ago he was allowing too much stupid crap and he ignored it. Now his blogs are run by one guy posting as multiple people creating stupid conversations all day long.

He even created a blog using the Mr. Bungle name. LOL

Talk about obsession and being a loser. But he's probably just a kid and if he's not, oh boy!

Good luck because now you'll be targeted. LOL

Souljah- I think you're right on target. I don't see any way in heck that the Fins move up. I think you only move up if you're potentially a player away from a Superbowl... and/or that player happens to have that once in a lifetime "it-factor". Exactly Like Ditka did with Ricky. It's not that Ricky was worth an entire draft, but Ditka perceived him as being a very special player and someone head and shoulders above every one else in the draft, at a need position for that team. That being said, there is no one on this team that Parcells and company will perceive as worth moving up for. My thoughts anyway...
As for the other DB's... ya have to like Macho based on the name alone. He was also a top peformer in the cone drill and 20 yard shuttle, and as you said has good hands. But he's projected as a zone scheme corner, which scares me about his one on one matchup skills. But his 4.68 40 time scares me most.
I don't know... I'm not thrilled with taking a CB until the 2nd of our two 2nd round picks, at earliest.

Nathaniel.Dodsworth ,you should come and run for president in my country for the people and by the people, you will be a great leader .

6 pages on this blog currently. 5 pages of non-football, multiple-identity fools, and impostors... 1 page of intelligent football and Dolphins debate and conversation.

I encourage people to sign up for typepad (making name in blue), so we can build a core of folks who want intelligent debate and "true" Fin talk with fellow fans. Once you sign up like that, no one else can sign up for the same name in blue. It's a start at least... and makes it easier to bypass the worthless garbage.

Nathaniel is clearly 'shrooming...

What does the word ,shrooming means?

Oh Good question carlito, no to kimbo he got beat up by a skinny white guy, and no to d-wade, he has s.t.d, which could be a problem in the locker room.(if you know what i mean?)

Bungle- I don't understand how they can impostor in blue. Typepad only allows unique user names, right?

Armando got impostored because his sign in is "Armando Salguero".
Typepad's font causes a user name to have a "small L" and a "capital I" look the exact same. Hence, I had to sign up AlienMan with "my L" as both an "L" and a capital "I", attached to 2 different e-mail addresses... to protect my unique user name. Get me?

Look...
AlienMan with an L: AlienMan
Now the same with an I: AIienMan

can you please say that again for me in details cause i am thinking about sign in only with blue.

Ah, My good friend nathan, how are you sir, always great to read you writing, what are your thinkings on the phins for the 09 campaign?

Rick 13- Go to the website www.typepad.com Register one time, and then you're good. It's free. When you go to Armando's blog, click on "sign in", right above where you would normally enter your user name. Bam, you have a protected name that no one else can impostor in blue...

AlienMan,
I agree with you 100%. It really gets old having to read through all the posts by people who have absolutely nothing to contribute to the subject Mando writes about. It takes 2 seconds to register.

Alienman, What galaxy do you hale from? i say its from the galaxy m-51 but my friend mr. dodsworth says you from the adromada galaxy and if from m-51 how did you transverse 130 million light years to get here?

Whats up Menace

Alien.it sounds very good and all but i thought people sign some times with blue so they can imposteor others by signing also in black without getting pointed out since they can sign with both blue and black

Cuban, it's always a pleasure.

My thoughts on 2009? I'm considering getting a colon flush. My intestines could use a good car wash.

My wife and I are considering getting a new roof, but money is tight.

I'll continue to watch the Dolphins online, because they play so few national games and my wife won't let me get DirecTV.

I see the Dolphins winning 9 games (tougher schedule and all).

I'll keep cutting my finger nails every Sunday, and my toenails every second Sunday, and my ear hair every Saturday.

I'll keep running 2 miles, 3 times a week, at around 7:30 per mile.

No more autoerotic asphyxiation.

it's always good to hear nice new lines from nathaniel

AlienMan, I got your email. Some facts: No one is using your sign-in, at least not today. No one is coming in as an imposter to NYScott, either.

I think everyone knows that luggi and gas man and ghon ct and caracas from nicaragua and france lamour and everyone from vietnam are the same person. He is not an imposter as he doesn't assume someone else's names. He just makes up a thousand improbable names, none of which are otherwise in use. Whatever. As long as he doesn't assume someone else's identity, I'm fine with that. As far as I'm concerned the name of the many-named poster is Many-me, which I believe AlienMan gave him.

My issue is with Mr. Bungle. I know there are two, but honestly the original doesn't much post on here anymore. He spends his time on other blogs bantering with other friends. So as far as I'm concerned we have our own Mr. Bungle who stays here. Unless he becomes malignant, he gets to stay. I've been monitoring his posts and they're not ridiculous -- for the most part.

I will continue to monitor. I will continue to push the IT department to find ways to be more invasive. I encourage you all to sign up with one name and one email address that will be unique to you, thus insulating yourself from being targetted by an imposter.

And guys, it is a Dolphins blog. Be funny, by all means. But let's not forget the reason we're here.

Meanwhile, it's Friday night. Don't you guys have women or need to go find women somehwere? Go. Shoo. Come back tomorrow.

cuban, it's double edge sword to have a photo next to your post and it will increase the fear factor as you know there are few of them now ,,not that there any thing wrong with that......

Tampa Bay fan, whats up, and nathan thats some funny comments and good luck with that flushing this weekend.

Sorry Mando but I'm stuck at work right now till 11:00 and since it's very slow for me I felt like catching up. cuban, I never got a chance to get back with you and never saw you posting when I was on after that. Very funny the bowling comment. I have friends in the 110 and 113 but do not know anyone in Coney, except you now.

Good nite mando, ive got to hit the road, so ill yell at you guys tommarrow. peace.

armando, if you want me to change any thing i do write about let me know .you forgot two more names monkey and jose.

The wife is working until 9:30 PST. Otherwise, I'd agree it's rather loser-ish. Killing time until then.

I didn't think anyone was impostoring me... I think you resolved that. THANKS, btw. I was saying it is lunacy that there are accusations on every page that Bill is Sue and Sue is Cynthia and Cynthia is Luggi. I just don't understand why your IT guys didn't have this problem when it was Coles "Ask Jason". It's not you... it's those guys in IT that are failing you. I was just thinking maybe we could do something to push their buttons to resolve the many complaints, as evidenced by multiple postings today.

Regardless, you've been doing an awesome job and I always appreciate the info you provide.

Lastly... sorry to do this, but I'm a spelling geek. Imposter is to tax in a certain way. Impostor is impersonate. :o)
You seem to like to write it with the "e"... both are in the dictionary, so spell check wouldn't catch it. God bless Armando... have a good night.

Thank you armando. I said the same thing to aleinman the other day. This constant crying and complaining is is getting quite frankly , ANNOYING . Nobody else is complaning about this ( not even bungle Himself ) , but I have to read alienman keep sticking up for him . MR Bungle has been on the ss with his friends arguing with this " fan" guy , who made a Mr bungle blog site . You have to read some of the launguage on the sun- sentinal. Believe me that site isn't no church either . you can read anything from sexual acts to talk of homosexuality . Nobody is impostering him or Nyscott . They're just posting harmless posts under different names . Enough is enough with this constant whining . It's just a blog , geez

NJ- It was an e-mail, not a post. Remember when you told me to mind my own business? I was just asking if there was anything guys could do to help... like e-mail IT or something. Clearly you weren't posting here 4 or 5 years ago (like I was), when you didn't have to deal with this garbage.
If you've read all the posts today, a lot of people are complaining about it, and a lot of people basically say "Amen!" to mine and others complaints. Just like Many-me does as he wants, so will I. My postings and complaints are just as harmless as his. So get off me dude...

alienman , just like many-me and you . I'll to what i want, and what i want is to call you a Whiner !!! Case closed we won't talk abou this any more .

1 more thing, I was talking to armando not you . So speaking of minding your own business. . Now lets talk dolphin football . Because i have a headache about all this.

mando,

ur losing a lot of people b/c of this nonsense i just realised it when i went to see about the Mr. Bungles and saw a bunch of ppl who used to be here and to tell u the truth all this drama is making me less intrested

Fsudolphins 13 , you went to see what about Mr Bungles ? Was it his blog site. Is that what you meant. ?

Oh man this is too funny. Who is this f***ing loser who is calling all of us out and trying to ruin this blog for everyone? LOL, I can't believe how many posts he made today. Calling people stupid and telling us to leave, rofl. I went out tonight and this jackass was on here all night running his mouth? Some life you lead their moron. Too frigging funny. It's amazing the balls some people grow when they're sitting behind the soft glow of their computer monitor.

Yeah, you're right NYScott, that guy has got to be the lonliest loser on the planet!

I don't post here a lot but I have to say I really like the writing style of this guy NYScott. And I don't know who that moron is who keeps calling people out over nothing but there's no way the guy has a girlfriend. Get a life you di**less punk.

Oh man I used to hate this blog but now that NYScott and others are calling out the trash it's become interesting. I can't wait to see what they say next about the loser who lives in his mommies house. That guy must have a serious mental problem!

Hey dillhole, did you ever think that maybe your hatred stems from the fact that you have no friends and were offended that people were making fun of you for coming in here to 'hook up'? Dude get it straight, we all have wives and girlfriends and don't want to date you! You're creepy and NYScott is right when he says you should get a life. Sheesh I mean c'mon already kid, NO MEANS NO!

NYscott and fake person . Now you've done it. He's going to e-mail mando and start crying again.

Wow, look at how many people agree with me. This is amazing because ALL of those other "people" hate me. I thought I was going to have to leave this blog but now that I have people who agree with me I can stay. Yippppeeeeeee. Go f**k yourself douchebag, you know exactly who you are. I can't wait until you start challenging people to fights. I can see it coming, are you getting mad? C'mon you know you want to cry, just let it out. Just explode and let all of that mouth breather rage out on your keyboards. You know I'm talking to you, I don't need to write your name, you know exactly who you are you simple S.O.B. Is your face getting red yet? Did you kick your dog as a way to make yourself feel better? Are you thinking of something incredibly unclever to say as usual? You will not take over this blog, no one's buying your B.S.

nj phin fan,

i wanted to see what the REAL Mr Bungle had to say about the impersonater ( fan ) who made that blog and is a psychotic loser who likes to insult himself as well as others. i garuntee he is behind 90% of the impersonations and fake names even fake persons 1-4

Those of that keep mentioning that OLB is not a need and should not be a position we take in first round might be missing something here. First even though we have porter and roth that are quality starters, porter will need to be replaced(if his play continues at this level resigning will be steep) and roth doesn't get the pass rush team wants on 3rd down(passing downs). Maybe roth can be moved inside maybe not in the least he is a "run-down" OLB and/or a DE rotator. We need atleast a pass rusher PLUS porter's replacement. Remember Parcells believes we will make playoffs every year and thus draft in the mid-20s or hopefully in the 30s for the foreseeable future what this means it is rare that drafting in this position you have the oppurtunity to draft a true potential "game changer". Also parcell looks for his on defense though it is true they can be WRs or even RBs defensive game changers are DL or LBers. This is one of those rare years where it MIGHT be possible to draft one of these "GCers" How? Because of the depth at DE/LB position AND depth at the Tackle position. First, hopefully 3 QBs get drafted before our pick, the potential to have as many as 6 takles in the first round(Monroe, Smith, smith, Oher, Beatty, and Britten), 2 maybe 3 rbs(Wells, Moreno, and either McCoy or Davis), a TE, 3 CBs(Smith, Davis, and Jenkins), 4 WRS, 2 or maybe 3 DTs(Raji, Jerry, and maybe even hood), 2 DEs or possibally as many as 5(Orakpo, Ayers and possables Johnson, Gilbert, and Jackson) so if things go well for us that means 23 to 31 players that are not DE/OB could be drafted before our pick obviously not all will be or could even be BUT this leaves 6 de/lbers with "game change" potential(Curry, Cushing, Mathews, Maualuga, Brown, and Laurinaitis) this is LEAVING OUT English, Barwin) So what position is most likely to have a potential "game changer" left for us to choose from? At wr I see 2 and some maybe's Maclin and Crabtree both will be gone then a slew of potential busts in Bey, Nicks, Harvin, Britt, Iglesias, Williams, one or more will be available come the 56th pick of draft. At CB I see only w cbs I would draft at 25 Jenkins and Davis and both will be gone by then and then a slew of late 1st rounder/2nd rounders Smith, Smith, Moore, Allen, Butler, Byrd, Francies and 3 or 4 will be avalable to choose from at pick 44. So unless all 6 DE/LB(Curry, Cushing, Mathews, Maualuga, Brown, and Laurinaitis) are gone expect one of them to be our guy. Personally I want Maualuga, Cushing, Mathews, or Laurinaitis in that order with the 25th pick. With the 44th I want either D.J. Moore, Gilbert, Hood, S.Smith, A.Smith, Butler, Brace, or Britt(and even IF we get one of the 6 LBers and especially if Maualuga I'll take either English or Barwin before all other choices. With the 56th pick I want any of the above mentioned CBs or Sintim unless we draft 2 LBers with first 2 choices. Don't be surprised if we DO draft 2 LBers with the first 4 picks. We need a situational pass rusher(if Roth continues to start at OLB on run downs) PLUS a replacement for Porter after 2009 season.

top 4 picks(hopes)

25th - Maualuga, Cushing, Mathews(most likely)

44th - English, Barwin, D.J. Moore, A.Smith, Butler(best chance)

56th - Butler, Francies, Sintim(most likely IF only 1 LB drafted before this pick)

Parcells will draft what he believes is a potential game changer with the 25th pick for no other reason then you get few chances at them drafting in the mid-20s and later irregardless if we are loaded at that position or not :)

McFadden Talking to Fins???? as per profootballtalk.com

www.profootballtalk.com/2009/03/06/mcfadden-talking-with-four-teams/

At the right price... :)

Blaze

Blaze- Nice report, man. Even if it is PFT, I say nice job being first to spread the word. I love hearing that stuff.
As for your first post... I hope that Heyward-Bey drops to the 2nd round and we grab him. Only thing that scares me is remembering WR Chad Jackson being drafted in 1st round by the Pats after he ran a 4.3 40... only to be a huge bust. I just don't like English much, with his horrific 40 time and lesser level competition. Someone else mentioned a number of studs who are from small schools. True. BUT, how many run as slow as an offensive linemen? Hmmmmm, English does...

Oops... memory failed me. Was 2nd round, not 1st the Pats took him.

WOW , That alienman guy is getting abused By NYscott and fakeperson , LOL .

I think the Dolphins are set at OLB with the signing of Wake.I know theres no guarantee he's going to be good but Parcells must have seen something in this guy to give him a big contract. The Dolphins have a bigger need at ILB cus other than Crowder, they dont have anyone (Ayodele and Torbor are average at best). The Dolphins MUST draft Nicks in the 1st cus with the brutal schedule, they cant just rely on Ginn,Camarillo and Bess. And lets be honest here, without the Wildcat, the base Offence was average at best. After Nicks, they have to go CB,with Alphonso Smith,Sean Smith or D.J Moore then pick up a ILB with the 2nd 2nd rounder. And why would anyone want Miami picking a NT in the 1st or 2nd rounds?? This guy would be sat on the bench all season (Unless Ferguson gets injured). Its no different to Miami picking a QB just incase Pennington,Henne AND Beck all get injured.Leave NT till the later rounds cus this team desperately need players who will potentially start in week 1.This Dolphins team passed on Anquan Boldin, this team also passed on Reggie Wayne.....please dont make the same mistake by not selecting Hakeem Nicks......

Nathaniel, you must be a staunch republican. To leave gw off the worst list and our President Obama on it, tells it all. Well at least you got the first 2 right on the best president list and don't forget Lincoln was a Democrat long before he became a republican. But you left the great William Clinton out of the best pres list, go figure. Any way your in the wrong blog.

Hakeem Nicks is all the talk and for good reason but don't get your hopes up just yet, if he's there at 25 well grab him but if not then the we may take a ILB say Rey Mauluga and draft a value pick reciever later say Brian Robiskie 3rd or 4th round or Ramsey Barden. The key is value, value, value what kind of value does this player offer at any given draft order. For sure the Dolphins big three have a concrete idea who they like but they will always ask themselves the value question along with the need. That being said here's a great value pick at cb Mike Mickens from Cincinnati U. Well good nite Dolphin nation and have a great weekend.

Needs as I see them in priority order: CB, WR, NT, LB, DE, B/U OT. Positions with no draft requirement: QB, RB, FB, TE, C, OG, SS/FS. I see the first three picks spent on first three priorities -- order not a big issue, but don't see WR with first pick. Need to come out of the draft with a starting CB (not with the name Fletcher or Allen) -- McFadden rumors are just that -- would be HIGHLY surprised if Phins are able to reel him in. That said, I think a number of good options for CB at 25 or 44; however, I believe the status of Ron Brace (NT out of BC) will drive the Phins draft -- would not be surprised if they reach for him at 25 given lack of NT depth in draft and fact that Solai is not the answer if Ferguson goes down (or moves on next season). CB at 44 (Smith out of Utah) and WR at 56 -- thinking that Britt, Williams or Robiskie will still be on the board at that pick (doubting Nicks will be). I believe the LB priority has been initally met by Wake, but expect Phins to spend a second day pick on an ILB (don't buy into the Phins picking Matthews, Laurinaitis, or Cushing at 25). Second day picks will also include OT X 2, DE, and at least one more CB and WR. Again, Phins must come out of this draft with a starting CB.

Hey dol-fan-finest if you want to talk about 40 times isn't that people said about boldin when he came out of florida st?

Dolphins4Life BILL CLINTON as 1 of our best presidents , LOL . You got to be f'n kidding me. The same bill clinton who lied to american people's face. THe same bill clinton who weakened our defense and cia. The same bill clinton who had osama bin laden gift wrapped to him 3 times and turned it down . How about the same clinton who was our president while the twin towers were bombed in 1993 and then 9/11 , the uss cole , the embassy's in africa and our military base that was bombed . How about about the same clinton who deregulated fannis mae and freddie mac that started this mess were in . So far obamoa is a disaster. He has spent more in 1 month than bush did in 8 years , not to mention he's a socialist. Check history on how socialism has worked. So PLEEEEEASE put the KOOL - AID Down.

1. Sign mccfadden.
2. Trade beck for 5th rd pick
3. Draft nicks 1st rd
4. Draft cb and lb in 2nd rd
5. Draft te chase coffman in 3rd rd
6. Draft pat white in 4th
7. Draft safety and tackle in 5th
8. Draft rb in 6th
7. Draft lb, safety, and receiver in 7th.

That's my take
