Live blog -- too bad no Tampa WRs will show

Joey Galloway is playing for New England and neither Antonio Bryant nor Michael Clayton, Tampa Bay's starting wide receivers, are playing for the Buccaneers tonight.

So the Dolphins rookie cornerbacks may have to wait until the regular season for their first serious NFL test.

(Yes, I know New Orleans is a great passing team and Miami finishes the preseason there next week. But let's face it, the Saints aren't going to let their starters play too long in the final preseason game.)

So this is bad news. But it is also good news.

At minimum, both Sean Smith and Vontae Davis are getting broken in sloooowly. Remember that last week the Panthers kept both Steve Smith and Muhsin Muhammad -- their starters -- on the bench.

Anyway, the live blog starts in the comments section below. Let's get to it.

There it is. Careless with the ball again, this time it's a turnover.

Hilliard just fumbled after being smacked by four Bucs in the backfield, you've GOT to be kidding me.

Hey Sparano, how about yelling at the O-line for not even bothering to TRY and block?

well guys thats the end of hilliard, he's outta here!

Very good one Young

This games been a frustrating waste of time.

well said.

Back to the parctice squad Lex!

Lex Hilliard just hurt his chances with a fumble.

Where are all the folks who have been saying to bench Pennington and play Henne?

Mando, why are you avoiding everyone's request by updating simply what you see of Hartline?

Hartline is fine...he walked off with a slight limp. He probably slightly sprained his ankle if anything.

ha i dont think if they try to stash lex on the practice squad he will make it.

I think Hilliard has dropped the ball 3 times in the last 2 games, second time tonight.

I like his running when he has some room, but am not liking his dropsies when smacking head in in the trenches.

I fully expect to hear that hartline's out for the season at about midnight. In other words, right after this turkey of a game ends.

Where's Andy Alleman when you need him?

OK why do you post injury crap to upset the bloggers, isn't the game bad enough...

i must say, this blog has been more fun then the game.

Lex is history

its because mando doesnt know crap about crap...if a turn was in front of him he would think it was a burnt cabasa......he won't know anything about hartline until atleast saturday.

You are right about Henne's play.

Is Hartline injured?

I never said play Henne...I said sign Cutler, and Vick, or ANOTHER QB...

This game is looking grim - am heading to bed.

i meant if a turd was in front of him...

Torbor get cut...stupid play

Hilliard was down...that would have been replayed in a real game.

Also, THIS JUST IN: no info on Brian Hartline. However, our sideline reporter has chimed in to say that Tony Sparano has just screamed parts of his liver out onto Reggie Torbor.

Probably will be out 2-3 weeks.

Moses is pretty good.

I don't know if it's just one of those games you say the hell with it everyones off and it's a bad delayed preseason or o my god were in trouble because we looked pretty decent throughout preseason till now that is?

That's GOT to be either intentional grounding or a sack there. GOT to.

Do we know yet whether Hartline will be placed on the PUP list?

i wanna see pat white now henne showed me nothing

Coach I's pumped

I hope you guys arent serious about Henne as the future. He hasnt thrown a good pass yet! He threw 2 behind Martin on his first series.

Ayatollah's on a roll tonight

5150, I kinda thought Hilliard was down too. But I guess the officials want to get this game over with as much as the rest of us.

Seriously from the time hartline went off the field stupid people on here have made him so injured he's dead!!! You guys know nothing so shut up!

yea henne sucks and i think the regime is starting to notice....high draft pick used on qb next year......also calm the f down with hartline.....i am sure he is ok.

good news is, we are showing the ability to win a very ugly game lol

Bring on pat white!!!' wvu Michigan!

He's not dead, my sources say Hartline's got a pulse.

Oh wait, never mind he just flatlined :-)

OK.. that is great.. PUP list, ha ha ha ha, you rock. Glad to see someone having fun! Although you meant to say IR.

Mando . moses is miami best pass rusher this preseason, HANDS DOWN . He's a lock for this team and a future starter,

I will go to my grave maintaining the Fins should've drafted Ryan last year with the top pick.

You're killin' me young...Can we cut the whole damn team?

I hope he is okay. It sounded like peeps knew something that we did not. No?

and after he flatlined....he defacated on himself. a failure of a season is upon us without brian hartline!

Wow!!! Rillo is back!!!!!'n

Henne completion!!

Camerillo is good.

i knw this game was very vanilla but damn no pulling guard on running plays and grag is slow too

For a second I thought he'd score like in that Ravens game.

You guys seriously are a joke one bad play are you are asking to cut someone... As far as the talk of Henne give me break it's a preseason game in the third quater with sub wrs of course it's going to look sloppy... See what happens when he throws to A Proven wr 83

Knee looks good Cam

Mando u were right on Camarillo!

Love coach Sparano's intesity and enthuasiasm!

Sparano is going to be on the PUP if he doesn't calm down Lol! He is going nuts

Moses looks GOOD.

holy crap!! go greg

Im a little worried about Hartline! No update I dont see him on the field. The doctor is nowhere to be seen on the field. Whats going on!!!

Good play Richy Camarillo :)

camarillo's knee still sucks and now cobb replaces hilliard. goodbye lex
