Well, now the organization knows: they can follow their ball control, no mistake gameplan and STILL lose to a team that can score more or less at will. We need more than a game-management QB. If Henne doesn't come back the started after the bye week, this year is a wash. Followed the blueprint exactly but don't have a single play in the book that can go more than 15 yards.

This one is squarely on the defense. Our well rested and barely dirty defense who did absolutely nothing. Jason and Joey, where were you? This is really their chance to step up and be leaders. Sorry, I know it's only 2 games into the season, but this team is in big TROUBLE! INDY's D spent 75% of the game on the field, but it was our D that looked spent on the Colts' last drive. This team is looking more like what we saw 2 years ago, and more and more like last season was a fluke.

We lost the game because of extremely poor clock management. We lost one time out and 1:12 on the clock for two plays at the beginning of the drive. If we had that time and the time out at the end, we're not in such a hurry. We can get more plays. How can people get to this point in their careers and not be able to manage a clock? Somebody needed to act like we were in a hurry.
Next, Ted Ginn has to make that catch, as well as the earlier one. On the hands, you make the catch. Not good.
Oh, and does anybody think sending the entire team to try and pressure Manning is a good idea? Make him work for it. One play drive, touchdown. Four play drive, touchdown. Somebody find Clark -- oh wait, he just scored a touchdown again.
Finally, ARGGGGGGGGGH! Team played well enough to win. On to next week.
