The Dolphins are on fire!
They have scored two touchdowns on Ricky Williams runs, one that went for 68 yards and one that covered 4 yards.
The defense, meanwhile, has come at Drew Brees and Co. with blitzes and pressure and has an interception from Tyrone Culver that led to the 4-yard Williams TD.
So it is a good start.

Keep up the pressure on brees

Was it soliai armando? Me neither. he had it. You gotta hold on to it under the pile! Refs shoulda called it right away because he clearly had possession of it from the get-go. but still.....
Posted by: Chase | October 25, 2009 at 05:25 PM
Need to keep the throttle down in the 2nd half and light em up with play action.
Posted by: By Henne Means Necessary | October 25, 2009 at 05:25 PM
I know Mando...how did Soliai not get that.
Posted by: Wayne Fontes | October 25, 2009 at 05:25 PM
THE LONGER IT TAKES SAINTS TO SCORE THE BETTER IT IS FOR US. YEAH BABY!!!!!!!!!
Posted by: DyingBreed | October 25, 2009 at 05:25 PM
That was Fajita that couldn't hold onto the fumble
Posted by: Kula | October 25, 2009 at 05:25 PM

Posted by: smirish | October 25, 2009 at 05:26 PM
when this FG is no good, Dolphins get it at the 40 yard line.

Can't believe I'm watching this. Hopefully this is a portent of things to come this year. Still a tough schedule ahead, but what do you think Armando? We look as good as almost any team in the NFL right now, and Henne has yet to lose as a starter.
Posted by: Citizen Cane | October 25, 2009 at 05:27 PM
Nice. Lets put the nail in the coffin!!!
Posted by: shaggy | October 25, 2009 at 05:27 PM

Step right up! Mando will tell you the future, step right up! He might even tell you your weight!
Posted by: Dishpan | October 25, 2009 at 05:28 PM
Lotta game left. Key here is to hold it to the end of the half. Play Defense with our Offense..
Posted by: Chase | October 25, 2009 at 05:28 PM
JT is having a great game thus far, he has been very disruptive.
Posted by: shaggy | October 25, 2009 at 05:28 PM
Where's all the jets fans today? Awful quiet. Must be proud they're up on Oakland.

Posted by: mgo268 | October 25, 2009 at 05:29 PM
Yes, Standley, Bush has been slowed.
But I guess we can also say Miami rushing game has done exactly what I said it would do.
Posted by: Armando Salguero | October 25, 2009 at 05:29 PM
Ronnie is getting better and better. Reminds me of Terrell Davis
Posted by: Spillmar | October 25, 2009 at 05:29 PM
That was huge. IF we can score a TD here, i will feel a LOT better. 3 Touchdowns is not enough cusion with DB on the other side.
Posted by: Kula | October 25, 2009 at 05:29 PM
Keep it movin,, it ain't over till it's over

Two 30 somethings in williams and taylor looking like they were 25 again. wish they were !
Posted by: macca | October 25, 2009 at 05:31 PM
Sedrick Ellis is down.
Posted by: Armando Salguero | October 25, 2009 at 05:31 PM
Ok its obvious the Saints are better on the exterior then the interior. Run between the tackles miami.
Posted by: Chase | October 25, 2009 at 05:31 PM
hmmm... hope we're not going into the "doldrums" as rick weaver used to say
Posted by: big I | October 25, 2009 at 05:32 PM
OLINE SENDS ANOTHER TO THE MED WARD>> SEDRICK ELLIS<<
Posted by: DyingBreed | October 25, 2009 at 05:32 PM
Mando, I think Miami has done everything we knew they could do
Posted by: Standley23 | October 25, 2009 at 05:32 PM
No scared football in the second half.
Until there's only 5 or 6 minutes left, PLAY LIKE YOU'RE LOSING.
Posted by: Hurriphin | October 25, 2009 at 05:32 PM
if he put that pass over the top a little it could have been a big gain.
Posted by: dave | October 25, 2009 at 05:32 PM
There's a ton of speed on that Saints defense. Gotta run between the tackles. It's obvious
Posted by: Dishpan | October 25, 2009 at 05:33 PM
Mando...if i miss my guess...are the Phins DB's not playing like i told you they would in my email I sent you...
