One team is playing like they have playoff hopes on the line.
One team is playing like the season is over.
The Dolphins are the latter.
The Texans have found Andre Johnson. Have broken tackles. And have overcome a couple of sacks.
The Dolphins have missed tackles, been unable to cover Johnson and been unable to mount an offensive challenge.
And that's why Miami is down 10-0.

Posted by: mntmanfinfan | December 27, 2009 at 02:11 PM
I actually I find this amazingly funny. I don't know why, but I am getting a lot of enjoyment in watching this team get worked. Maybe finally this leadership will learned that their old school approach doesn't work anymore. I am very interested in seeing what the leadership does with this team during the off-season, or should I say I am looking forward to the leadership of this team doing nothing to fixed their weaknesses again.
Posted by: JaxPhinfan | December 27, 2009 at 02:11 PM
lets f'ing go here!! we need 7 like tiger needs an attorney!
Posted by: Angry Fin Fan | December 27, 2009 at 02:11 PM
why are they running?? play hurry up offense and take some momentum.
Posted by: dave | December 27, 2009 at 02:11 PM
We obviously have little talent at WR or TE positions if we have to run the ball so much with an aging RB.

The only bright side I can see from this is we don't have to fool ourselves thinking the Dolphins might actually do something in the playoffs.
It would have been one and done anyway.

Posted by: mntmanfinfan | December 27, 2009 at 02:12 PM
So this should be the Sparano halftime speech:
You all are playing for your NFL careers in this second half. We will be evaluating your future with this team based on your play in the second half of this game. If you play like garbage, you will be benched and you won't be back next year.
Now go out and play.

after three expected runs, of course we were going to pass...nothing surprising there...
Posted by: mntmanfinfan | December 27, 2009 at 02:13 PM
Absolute embarassment. Not sence the Jags game (Marinos last) have I been this ashamed to be a fins fan. Today I am. There is NO EXCUSE for playing this bad. Some of our players we know are second string guys that this regime is using to rebuild a core and then fill in with great players through the draft but hopefully now they will see that some of our players really don't belong in the NFL. We all know who they are and have known all year long so I am not even going to list all the names. See you guys next year and lets hope somehow this team can get some talent.
