The only time the Texans did not score in the first half was when they took a knee just before halftime.
Otherwise, they've owned the Dolphins.
Houston leads Miami, 27-3.
Matt Schaub is 14 of 18 for 247 yards with two touchdown passes..
The Dolphins have had no answers.
If they can author a comeback it would be the most dramatic I have seen from them in person. I don't know that they have the weapons to do it considering Chad henne is inaccurate today. He has completed only 11 of 23 passes and has one interception without a TD pass.

Posted by: Dfan54 | December 27, 2009 at 02:58 PM
are we expecting the defense to step up?
Posted by: Wildcat | December 27, 2009 at 02:58 PM
Hey what are we gonna win in the playoffs anyway? Let's lose two and get better draft picks. Sometimes losing is winning.
Posted by: Coopermg | December 27, 2009 at 02:59 PM
THAT'S why you defer the opening kick off so hopefully score at the beginning of the second half and get some momentum on our side...a couple of stops, couple of good drives and we are in the thick of it
BELIEVE

Some of you really underestimate Texans D. Its really difficult to put a lot of points up against them if you dont have that dynamic quick strike wr. Add that to the fact that we cant stop those type of wr's. The result so far:
Texans 27 Miami 10. Knowing how their strengths match up against our weaknesses I expected this type of score. Still guys we correct these two areas in the offseason and add a couple good LB's and we're a very solid playoff team.
We really arent as bad as we look. We're just in the personel mismatch from hell. No amount of fabulous play calling will make up for those two deficiencies. LOL
