MINNEAPOLIS -- The only way the Vikings could get back in today's game after the Dolphins took a 14-0 lead late in the third quarter was to beat themselves.
That means turnovers.
Ricky Williams fumbled inside his own 10 yard line and provided the opportunity.
The Viking capitalized with a TD run from Adrian Peterson.
And now this game is 14-7, Miami, and will be decided in the fourth quarter.
Join me for the final quarter of the live blog.

Is there a reason why Sporano didnt challenge the spot of that 4th down play? He never even crossed the yard line....
Henne must make some plays here or game over...

Posted by: TorturedDolphan | September 19, 2010 at 03:24 PM
Ronnie Brown is clearly the hotter runner. The left side is clearly the better run-blocking side today.
So Miami goes right with Ricky. YUCK>

Paging Ronnie Brown.
Posted by: Dexter | September 19, 2010 at 03:24 PM
I don't know about the rest of you, but I think the D is playing great. If we lose, it's on the O, specifically one player.

Posted by: TorturedDolphan | September 19, 2010 at 03:26 PM
Armando-When they call plays-is where the 1st down marker a consideration for them in any regard?
Posted by: David | September 19, 2010 at 03:26 PM
PATHETIC...look at that formation on 1st down-screaming we're running...and then a 3yd pass by Henne who clearly wanted that receiver....
Hennemustgo.com seriously, guys, we're too good on defense and offense to not be starting pennington...--this game would be in bag with a quality QB
Posted by: Big I | September 19, 2010 at 03:26 PM
They're taking a page out of the Dave Wannstedt playbook it seems.
Posted by: FormFactor | September 19, 2010 at 03:27 PM
Watch him stare down his receiver on this play.
Posted by: OhFinFan13 | September 19, 2010 at 03:27 PM
If we loose this game, we have no one to blame but the offensive play calling and personnel management. It's unbelievable that we have a senile guy calling offensive plays on the sideline. We have the best receiver in the league and yet we can't find a way to consistently get the ball to him.
Once again, good job Ricky!

Posted by: Los Lobos | September 19, 2010 at 03:27 PM
Ted Ginn had 80 return yds and 20 rec yds last week.
He out produced every Miami ball handler.

When's Pennington getting in the game?
