The referee just said, "This is the end (long pause) of the third quarter."
He might as well have put a period after end.
That's how it feels here in Sun Lifeless Stadium. Down in every manner possible.
The Bills lead 17-7 and are driving again. Terrible.
Join me for the fun in the comments section. If the Dolphins cannot rally, this season is pretty much over.

Fire Sparano, the coach is responsible for this horrible home play. Sparano is not a NFL head coach, Ireland must go he drafted Henne. Cowher (maybe Jeff Fisher) and Nolan sounds good to me.

a solid nfl starter is all this team needs...not an mvp type qb.
Posted by: austin | December 19, 2010 at 03:27 PM
get to the red zone, and start backing up
Posted by: Earl | December 19, 2010 at 03:27 PM
Hey guys, don't worry, after the game Henne will tell us, "There's some things I gotta clean up. I'll watch the film and I'll get better at it."
HEY HENNE. EVERYONE IN THE ENTIRE NFL WATCHES FILM. EVERYONE!!!!!! EVERY. SINGLE. PLAYER. AND GUESS WHAT?!!? THEY GET BETTER, AND YOU STILL SUCK.
YOU SUCK.

run through walls for him/? this team has quit in many games
Posted by: bill_cnnrs@yahoo.com | December 19, 2010 at 03:27 PM
That was the best play action I've ever seen Henne execute.
Posted by: zaphod | December 19, 2010 at 03:27 PM
This is an historic game: the best-educated QB in the league and the dumbest QB in the league on the field at the same time.
Posted by: Angry Elf | December 19, 2010 at 03:27 PM
What Henne seems to be really slow at is his drop backs and delivery. By the time he drops back whatever opened up early is closed. His drop backs doesnt show urgency to me.
Posted by: DyingBreed | December 19, 2010 at 03:27 PM
Now we go backwards
Posted by: PA Phin Fan | December 19, 2010 at 03:28 PM
I love the play action on 2nd and 14...whose buying that? and henne wastes the timeout---AHOLE
Posted by: Big I | December 19, 2010 at 03:28 PM

Posted by: el coach | December 19, 2010 at 03:28 PM
WTFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF did you just doooo!!!!!!!
Posted by: nyfinfan | December 19, 2010 at 03:28 PM
I cannot freaking believe Miami called timeout thus giving Buffalo a chance to see if they should challenge the catch by Patrick Cobbs, which was questionable.
Posted by: Armando Salguero | December 19, 2010 at 03:28 PM
basically nothing, and yes thanfully brown is finally gone.
Posted by: bill_cnnrs@yahoo.com | December 19, 2010 at 03:28 PM
OH MY GOD, COULD HENNE BE ANY DUMBER
Posted by: Earl | December 19, 2010 at 03:28 PM
3rd and 1 timeout miami, these guys suck
Posted by: cs | December 19, 2010 at 03:28 PM
the boneheaded timeout is reminiscent of the pittsburgh game.
Posted by: austin | December 19, 2010 at 03:28 PM
Sparano may be a motivator, but the man cant motivate their guy in chad henne or this offensive line which is suppossed to be his strength coming in here, It may be time to Motivate the motivater with a walking slip...just sayin!!!!
Posted by: superPHIN | December 19, 2010 at 03:28 PM
Fiedler is still in the area. He owns a BagelsRUs franchise, but is availible on Sundays.
Posted by: Tony Soprano is not my cousin | December 19, 2010 at 03:28 PM
loooooooooooooooool just used a timeout, unreal how dumb can they get
Posted by: bill_cnnrs@yahoo.com | December 19, 2010 at 03:28 PM
Bench Henne ... that timeout is absolutely indefensible ... of course, WHY would we need them later in the game down by 10?
Posted by: zaphod | December 19, 2010 at 03:28 PM
OH MY GOODNESS!!!!!!!!!! IS THIS GUY RETARDED? WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON OUT THERE!? UNBELIEVABLE
Posted by: Sergio | December 19, 2010 at 03:28 PM
horrible game awareness!
Posted by: DC Dolfan | December 19, 2010 at 03:29 PM
WTF!
Posted by: Marc | December 19, 2010 at 03:29 PM
Call a tiem out when the catch is questionable-don't tell me we are going to insure a loss by letting Randy Shannon calling time outs!
Posted by: David | December 19, 2010 at 03:29 PM
I want no part of any member of the Fin organization whose name begins with Hen
Posted by: gonzmax | December 19, 2010 at 03:29 PM
Like i said, backwards
Posted by: PA Phin Fan | December 19, 2010 at 03:29 PM
henne's wonderlic score was negative.
Posted by: austin | December 19, 2010 at 03:29 PM
compensation for brown? compensation for a back who stutter steps way to much and cannot hit the holes. runs with no authority? your kidding right.
Posted by: cs | December 19, 2010 at 03:30 PM
Sean Smith still has time to choke, again!
Posted by: jweamer | December 19, 2010 at 03:30 PM
Are they purposefully trying to lose the game???
Posted by: Gersom | December 19, 2010 at 03:30 PM
Cam Newton
Posted by: beerphin | December 19, 2010 at 03:30 PM
lol gonzmax
Posted by: DC Dolfan | December 19, 2010 at 03:30 PM
Also it seems Henne doesnt get his feet set quickly enough when he throws.
Posted by: DyingBreed | December 19, 2010 at 03:30 PM
That is exactly what I am talking about. You have a questionable catch and instead of hurrying up to the line we call a timeout!!! It would be funny if it wasnt my team.
Posted by: todd neal | December 19, 2010 at 03:30 PM
better not win this game, dont let ross have any excuse to keep this garbage staff
Posted by: bill_cnnrs@yahoo.com | December 19, 2010 at 03:30 PM
timeout!?
we manage clock, challenges, anything that takes some smarts really poorly, why the timeout?
oh man
Posted by: blink | December 19, 2010 at 03:30 PM
That is not on Henne...that is on Sparano (he has done worst things with time management this year)...Do we not have a play for 3rd and 1???? POLITE!!!!!!
Posted by: KS | December 19, 2010 at 03:30 PM
Thank you Chan Gailey
Posted by: nyfinfan | December 19, 2010 at 03:30 PM
Dolphins got away with one, in my opinon.
Posted by: Armando Salguero | December 19, 2010 at 03:30 PM
Only the dolphins would take a time out after a "questionable catch." Lets not fool around...Miami is not good. Henne is not that good. Our offensive line is not good. Our db's can't catch....we need the higher draft picks.
Posted by: greg | December 19, 2010 at 03:31 PM
timeout to call a fullback dive. now that is creativity in action.
Posted by: austin | December 19, 2010 at 03:31 PM
henning and henne=HELL
Posted by: Big I | December 19, 2010 at 03:31 PM
Mando ... you have to find out WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON IN HENNE'S HEAD? Why in hell did they call a timeout. Jeez we need a smarter QB.
Posted by: zaphod | December 19, 2010 at 03:31 PM
WE NEED AN OFFENSIVE MAKEOVER DESPERATLY, tear it down and build it back up with a more deserving group, thats all i want for christmas!!!!
Posted by: superPHIN | December 19, 2010 at 03:31 PM

Posted by: Earl | December 19, 2010 at 03:32 PM
wilcat.....Freaking stupid. henne completes 6 in a row and they want to break rythym.....I hate this team.
Posted by: shaggy | December 19, 2010 at 03:32 PM

Posted by: nyfinfan | December 19, 2010 at 03:32 PM

Posted by: cs | December 19, 2010 at 03:32 PM
Henne plays well when he sees Thigpen has his helmet on
Posted by: Jimmy Jam | December 19, 2010 at 03:32 PM
Brandon Marshall has caught a TD pass in two consectuvie games.
Posted by: Armando Salguero | December 19, 2010 at 03:32 PM
