Fire Sparano, the coach is responsible for this horrible home play. Sparano is not a NFL head coach, Ireland must go he drafted Henne. Cowher (maybe Jeff Fisher) and Nolan sounds good to me.

What Henne seems to be really slow at is his drop backs and delivery. By the time he drops back whatever opened up early is closed. His drop backs doesnt show urgency to me.
