ALoco,

Go read Armando's article about prefering Sparano over Rex Ryan. Everyone was blasting him in the comments section at the bottom for being judgental and overly moralistic. Armando is a hateful spiteful piece of slime!

seems that blog is now reverting back to days of spring.....kiddies unleashed!!!!*lol*Phin Out!!!!

Can i be your new friend aloco, i promise to support staff no matter what happens

DB, in one of Armandos articles just a few weeks back, he actually wondered why Ricky always has an attitude toward the media. Imagine that? Wasn't it Armando and Company that ridiculed him endlessly for years? I never felt Ricky didn't anything so bad, he resigned, was his choice. Companies fire people in a snap when their stock price goes down or people jump ship on a whim, its called employment at will, its fundamentally the way our society works. Ricky since has shown himself to be 10 times the individual Armando ever will be.

Aloco...they will pick Luck or have someone give them a ton for the 1st pick.

How about them Fins? I will not belabor a point. The team we all bleed with has let us down yet again.

We have to get another QB to at least competition. Henne has shown suspect accuracy since he has been here. Maybe he can eventually cut way down on the interceptions (much like Martz calmed the Cutler INT machine down for da Bears this year). Henne shows flashes at times but he is still waaaay to inconsistant. He needs to keep his eye down field... the Lions pass rush made him think he was Michael Vick...which he ain't.

Random Thoughts...

Sean Smith has to hang on to interceptions.

I would stack the RB/WR/KR/PR draft board with the most talented draftable skill position players with amazing SPEED first. That is to say of their respective categories. Even a one eyed Jack has only to look at the damage the speedy players are doing in this pass friendly NFL... DeSean Jackson, Mike Wallace, Chris Johnson, Jahvid Best (with TWO TURF Toe injuries), Wes Welker, Danny Woodhead is having success? Guys like Jacoby Ford and Johnny Knox that went later and are having success. Even Ted Ginn scored today with his dodgey heart and all. Speed kills and the Fins need more badly. You watch athletic and fast TE Jimmy Graham bust out next year for the Saints. Hernandez was one of the fastest TE's. How bout Connolly the OL from the Pats?... even he was flashing the speed on that return last week. lol.

I don't know if Ross will clean house or not. Henning will get pushed out for sure one way or another... The rest of their fates lie in Ross's owner timetable / patience level.

That L. Polite train rolls on no matter what! It is amazing how they are able to pull it off even when the DEF knows it's coming. FIRST DOWN!

Too bad we don't have plays that actually hit B Marsh while he is running...in stride may be asking a Herculean effort.

I would be suprised if we end up with more than two of our current RB stable back next year.

FA WR Roberto Wallace is better than 3rd Rd WR Patrick Turner.

I guess all NFL brass and scouts should not have down graded FA RB Legarette Blount so much for taking a poke at a guy.

Watch Texas A&M LB Von Miller play... he is terror. Although at 6'3" and 245lbs this regime would throw the small frye back. :)

Cheers yall.

PS. Hope your Christmas (or the P.C. Holidays) was better than what the Fins left under the tree.

Armando,

If God was as hateful and spiteful as you. No one would want to go to Heaven. I wouldnt!

This is encouraging, from Darlingtons article:

"There is no doubt that Ross understands his power. As a real-estate mogul, he has made billions of dollars by investing in the right properties; some of which have required total demolition, others that needed less drastic measures."

We'll see soon enough if Ross is the man of action that I believe he is. He doesn't seem like he type of person to waste his time.

I want candy I want candy i want candy

deytreder,

Armando is highly esteemed in his own eyes and everyone else are just simple peeons!

DB @ 9:28

Damn I wish I had said that first!

Without Mike Nolan, or should I say if we had stayed with Pasqualoni, the Dolphins would probably be closer to 4-11 right about now.
Defense has bailed us out on numerous occasions.
At some point in time, the offense has to show up.
I am betting we spend all our picks next year on offense.
Wow - we got issues huh?

Put me in the game coach im ready to play today look at me i can be centerfield

Does anybody here like wwe i do

Hey Yazzi!

Merry Christmas to you as well brudda!!

Hope all is going well for you.

The Fins dropped the ball today. Sux as I had a $20 spot I dropped in Vegas on them in preseason... over/under was 8.5 and I thought that was very doable. ;(

RATS! Or should I say Henne pics! LOL

Cheers,

DB. I LEFT A COMMENT AFTER I READ ARMANDO PIECE OF CRAP

Glad to see you are still mixing it up on ye old blog Yazzi.

What is your call for strengthening the team for the 2011 season?

Gimmie like your top 5 things you would do to have better success in the future...

Bess fell... and it looked like our rookie te stopped running when Henne thought he was going to keep on the drag.. Im not going to support Henne.... but I refuse to say hes not the answer when the guy ISNT allowed to audible at the line of scrimmage! Does anyone know football out there? Don't you realize that the first half was ok.. then Detroits coaches adjusted defensively and the dolphins offense didnt! Henning has to go! 3rd and goal from the 14 and we are playing for a damn FG!

Rob in OC.

i second every thing you said in your post @ 9;28pm

cheers ...

Ultimately in the ending uselessly burning timeouts again doomed this team. That game management dept folks. Sparano has floudered the last 3 seasons with gameday management.

Folks talking about Henne regressing, so is Sparano. He still doesnt see the importance of uselessly burning timeouts early in games. We at least attempt a 48yd field goal had we a timeout at the end. Timeouts mean nothing to Sparano.

TE screwed up on the first pick, not Henne.... on the pick 6 Bess fell, Henne threw it to the right spot. The problem is lack of speed.... defenders are able to stick very close to the WRs. Very small margin for error and no big plays!!!!

Aloco... wassup mang?

You still plugging away too... outstanding.

I think Carolina will go with QB Luck or trade that pick to a QB hungry team.

Hell maybe the Pats jump up there if they think he is that good... they have the firepower in draft picks to spare and Brady ain't getting younger... If they end up winning the SB then Brady will start making Buenchen's in bunches and maybe the call of fatherhood lures him away in 2-3 years or so? This way QB young buck Luck is taught the N.E. way over a period of time? I dunno... anything can happen.

=)

I've never ever seen any team good or bad call a run so often on 3rd and long in or near the redzone. Can there be any other explanation other than they are just gutless? And gee, if you are going to run, maybe try a draw play? It does not compute.

Sparano flatout sucks at gameday coaching. Keeping Sparano is guaranteeing 2-3 losses a year just on faulty gameday coaching alone. Just cant afford that in a division with a master coach like Belichick!

All everyone does here is read my posts and plagarizes me.

HAVE AN ORIGINAL THOUGHT YOU TOOLS! I AM THE MAKER!

Bess fell but he was blanketed, would have been an int either way. Henne waits too long, he rarely anticipates the throw (like he did with Fasano early on, finally one really nice pass from him), he waits for someone to be open and then chucks it. Thats just what Culpep did, only before his injury he was extremely mobile so that gave him some leverage. Henne is a chucker, he just chucks it.

rob IN OC, I DON'T SEE NEW ENGLAND GETTING INVOLVED IN THAT LUCK THING FOR MONEY REASON ,THEY R COMMITTED TO BRADY FOR 76 MILLION ,45 MILLION GUARANTEED ,THE CAN'T AFFORD LUCK ALSO .
I THINK CAROLINA CAN'T AFFORD TO PASS ON HIM.

CHEERS

deytreder,

Its called Insanity. Doing the same old thing over and over again expecting different results. Our Offensive coaching staff's are basket cases and so is the HC that contiually allows it.

Have you ever heard Sparano put together even one gramatically correct sentence since he's been in Miami? Some people think that's cool or cute but I dont! LOL..................

Roger that at 9:28 Aloco. I think we are on the same page a lot bud.

Hopefully the 2011 Fins will ascend quicker than they have been in recent years.

Cheers bro!

DC, I've been plagiarized too, or just so many people really are writing the same thing and not everyone reads every post so its tough to say what is plagiarism and what isn't, even when we feel like it is. Just consider it someone agreeing with you and be happy :)

The name given to the Evil that None Would Mention was....Sparano.

GO LOOK IT UP!!

DB, I've been harping on Sparanos grammar for a loonng time now. Its direct insight into his limited cerebral capacity, endless babble that leads nowhere. It's cute if you are his aunt. I'm not. You talk about needing a coach to outwit Belichek? Well first we need a coach that can outwit a house fly.

THE NFL RECORD FOR INT'S IN A SEASON IS 35 BY VINNY TESTAVERDE IN 88 WITH THE BUCS..HENNE NEEDS 20 VS.THE PATS TO BREAK IT..LOL..JUST KIDDING...MIKE SINGLETERY IS GONNA GET THE AXE TOMOROW ..AND THE 49ERS WILL PUT A INTERIM COACH FOR THE LAST GAME ..WHY DOES TONY HAVE TO COACH VS. THE PATS ..OH I GET IT SO HE CAN LEAVE WITH A BEATDOWN..BY THE WAY TEDD GINN RETURNED A PUNT FOR A TD..WE STILL HAVE SLIP AND SLIDE D.BESS!

Uhhhhh..... That is not an INT if Bess does not fall down.... it's a timing pattern and Henne threw it expecting Bess to be there, he was not waiting for the guy to get open as ou claim he does. No speed is the real problem at WR. No separation and too many throws have to be into very tight windows.

Aloco... Ah, that $$$ would be a definite rub. Maybe they are hoping for rookie cap to kick in and then they could get r done?

That is a shiza load of cash tied up in the QB department over in N.E. I don't think Bellichek will get caught dead as a coach without a good QB. I know he realizes how much Brady helps his "Geniusness".

As you point out...If I am Carolina, with all the young QB success stories as of late, I would snatch Luck up and hope he is "Ryan or Bradford-esque".

Good call on the cash heavy QB spot.

Shut your mouths you lemmings. Don't you know the Tooth Fairy was spliced, but something went wrong. The evil tooth fairy took the form of Mando, and he will come to your homes at night, when you're asleep, and steal your breath.

LOCK THE DOORS!!!

ROB,THE PATS HAVE A QB BACK UP WITH NAME (( HOYER )) AND HE NEVER LOST A GAME HE PLAYED ,HE'S THE NEXT STAR QB IN THE LEAGUE .

HOYER...HOYER

CHEERS

canesRus,

Doesnt matter is Bess slipped, just sleprock on the Archies cartoon, bad luck seems to somehow follow Henne. Its like he did something very terrible in a past life or something! LOL.........

And all those picks will go to OLB Ninkovich (sp check)... the very OLB that starts with the Pats that can't even be a back up here in Miami as we had 'em in camp and cut 'em... Grrrrrr.

Damn your Jedi mind tricks Master Belly-Chuck!! (aka The Hoodied One)

DC,

Wished Armando would come into my house at night disguised as the evil tooth fairy. I will kick his demonic ass all over the place.

What will Ross do about stagnant team?

By Edwin Pope
epope@MiamiHerald.com

The Dolphins desperately need to get over the hump. But it won't happen this season, not when they're 7-8 and Foxborough-bound for the finish. And I mean finish.

Hope vanished when the Dolphins blew a 10-point lead in the final 10 minutes and lost 34-27 to dreadful Detroit on Sunday.

The question now is what owner Stephen Ross does about it.

Would firing coach Tony Sparano help?

Well, it's his third year of struggling to break even.

What do you think? If your company's sitting stagnant year after year, do you just shrug, or change up?

But how much of it is Sparano's fault?

What if the whole plan, from Bill Parcells until and through his September departure, was flawed?

Obviously, you want a big switch, but I don't see any plan in place for that.

The Dolphins are just operating on the fly.

One last game, against the Patriots up there, won't change anything one way or the other, except for some minor math, say, at best, 8-8 against a more likely 7-9 the way things look.

So what sums up this not altogether disastrous but quite too tortured year?

Inconsistency. Neither offense nor defense sticks. The Lions bang you for 34 in your place, that's serious.

I can't say I'm overwhelmed by Chad Henne's ``explanation'' of losing a 10-point lead the last 10 minutes: ``One guy falls down, the other guy just misread it.''

Henne isn't a lost cause just yet, but he doesn't seem to represent a glowing future.

So Dolfans aren't giving him much help with the booing.

``It's not a good feeling when you don't have the support of your fans,'' he said. ``But move on.''

If only it were that simple.

The Dolphins are 21-43 for four of their past five seasons. They gave up 13 points on turnovers Sunday. They don't hold onto the ball.

The fans who have stayed with them deserve citations.

Better the Dolphins should stay with the fans.

Maybe next year. This one is long gone.

armando is permanently crushed and jaded since his pastor passed him up for another boy when he was 8.

Aloco,

Well then it's Hoyer for the win then. The AFC East better brace for a N.E. team that will stock up on young talent in 2011. They have multiple picks in the 3 rounds.

I bet they will trade some picks for even higher round picks in 2012. It is just how the Hoodied One rolls.

Hoyer is the next Matt Castle eh? I hope he fizzles out. Hoyer is an NFL QB and he invented playing cards...talented guy, lol.

Cheers,

ROB,

DO YOU KNOW HOW TO READ THE COFFE CUPS TO SEE AND READ THE FUTURE ?

Belichick maybe planning to cash in all of his chips for the top spot in the draft to get a future franchise qb to groom under Brady for the next 3-4 years. That way he'll be ready to be the next Tom Brady when he rolls him off of the assembly line. LOL................

Aloco,

Nope... I don't even drink coffee.

What do the Folger's grinds tell you bro?

Cheers,

DB... If they turned their mountain of draft picks into young QB Luck and he was even mostly what Brady is, that would be a cruel fate for Fins fans for another decade.

As Aloco pointed out, maybe the $$ investment would disuade them?

Ya hear that Mr. Kraft??? That is an awful lot of razor sales Mr.!!!

How come nobody ever criticizes the O-Line? There are rarely any holes for the running game. We can't play keep away at game's end by grinding down the clock, because we can't run.
Young QBs develop when they have a balanced offense. I am disappointed as the rest in Henne's play, but a new QB with same line will not fare much better and may even be a step backward.

I've been a Henne supporter, BUT:

1. He has shown no evidence of being a clutch performer. Quite the opposite.
2. He has shown little or no personal fire, and he doesn't appear to inspire his teammates. They don't seem to trust him.
3. When he opens his mouth, his comments show little if any insight. Cliches or headscratchers.

I wish I saw anything promising on the horizon!

If Ross is the business savvy person I think he is, he will move the team to LA and petition for realignment.

Rob,

Stands to reason in my mind Belichick has a definite plan of attack in mind for stock piling so many valuable picks. Hate to say it but Belichick tends to think ahead. So unlike what we are used too in Miami.

I believe we and the rest of the nfl finds out why Belichick stockpiled so many valuable draft picks. LOL...............

0x80,

If Ross moved the team to Cali, he wouldnt need realignment. By default they maybe moved to the weakest division in all of football, the nfc west. That would save everyone's job. Hell they could even keep Henning as OC in the nfc west! LOL....................

ROB,

I LIKE TO POINT OUT THAT THEY SELL OUT EVERY GAME FOR LAST 6-7 YEARS PLUS NO PLAYER MAKES MORE THAN 3 MILLION A YEAR BUT VINCET WILFORK .WOODHEAD AT 32O,000,FERNANDEZ AT 420,000,WELKER BASE SALARY FOR 2010 1,9 MILLION AND 2011 2.3 MILLION .
