I have a feeling that we will see a whole new front office next year and that the Parcells era is officially over. Its a shame bc Ireland has brought some good pieces to this organization. However he has made numerous mistakes as well. I wouldnt mind seeing the NE scouting director take over as the gm. Whoever it is always does a great job at scouting players. As far as the HC goes I'm not real sure which way Ross is going to go. I wouldn't mind seeing Harbaugh as the next HC. For those of you that say why Harbaugh he sucked as a QB in the NFL let me remind you his nickname was "captain comeback" when he played. He was a player that took chances but always gave it his all and had tremendous heart which led to success. Anyway he has done wonders in all of the places he has coached. I have a strong feeling that it will be Gruden that gets the job. The biggest question is how the roster will look in 2011 after the new office takes control. Will RB, RW, YB, PS, TM, and others be around?

DyingBreed you can say what you want I was just simply stating who I would rather have as a coach. By the way as much as I like Sparano how is the OL this year? It's amazing that the OL was his specialty but it is the worst area on our team. Im still not sold on Gruden but we will see what happens. As far as drafting a QB in the 1st rd I dont see anyone worthy dropping to us but we never know. By the way regardless of how is coaching or who is in the front office I will continue to support and cheer for my team unlike some of the fair weather fans that are around here that only cheer for the team when they win.
