The Patriots are beating the Dolphins 38-0.
New England backup QB Brian Hoyer threw a 42-yard TD pass in the third quarter.
The Dolphins are playing musical chairs with their QB spot, using Tyler Thigpen and Chad Henne and Thigpen and Henne.

Nobody can defend strapono after this performance, not even his mother could make a case for him to remain at the HC position!!!
Posted by: superPHIN | January 02, 2011 at 03:24 PM
This is so bad it leaves me longing for the days of Wanny and Speilman.
Posted by: Mike | January 02, 2011 at 03:24 PM
Yeah---we still should consult with BP---
British Petroleum!
They have acute knowledge of disasters.
Posted by: The Seer | January 02, 2011 at 03:24 PM
Crowder mad a tackle-is that the first?
Posted by: David | January 02, 2011 at 03:24 PM
If Sparano comes back, Ross will be bankrupt. 0 people in stadium to watch this joke.
Posted by: Dolfan61 | January 02, 2011 at 03:24 PM
I can't wait to see what Henning will say... Probably that his players played like crap, and that his play calling was perfect.... Sparano will say, well I am not that smart...

GUYS,
LETS REMEMBER THIS GAME HAS NO MEANING ,NO ONE WANTS TO GET INJURED SO THE RESULT DOESN'T MATTER
Posted by: ALoco | January 02, 2011 at 03:25 PM
I bet Morono is upset that he can't fist pump today.
Posted by: test | January 02, 2011 at 03:26 PM
@test...
I guess the fact that the New Orleans Mayor just let a bunch of buses sit instead of filling them w/ people and driving west meant nothing, right? or that the LA Gov at the time refused Federal help until it was too late.
Really, dude, stick with something you actually know about.
Posted by: navydolfaninva | January 02, 2011 at 03:26 PM
Brilliant, Seer!
Posted by: Angry Elf | January 02, 2011 at 03:26 PM
A run on fourth down ... and they almost make it. Holy crap. Sparano, seriously man, just take the headset off and head for the locker room. You're done.
Posted by: zaphod | January 02, 2011 at 03:26 PM
New England QBs today: 14 of 25 for 287 yards with 3 TDs and 0 INTs. A QB rating of 136.2

Posted by: superPHIN | January 02, 2011 at 03:27 PM
wow this is almost as bad as cameron's morons 07 clown squad... morono needs to go back to coaching the new heaven state junior college flag football team. this team is showing zero heart/motivation.

can this nightmare be over pleaseeeeeeeeee
Posted by: jo | January 02, 2011 at 03:27 PM
Armando, what is Henne's QB rating today?
Posted by: Dolfan61 | January 02, 2011 at 03:27 PM
Is it safe to say Sparano is done?
Posted by: robert | January 02, 2011 at 03:27 PM
Morono will say that the team played well, blah blah blah.
Armando the apologist will not blame Morono.
Posted by: test | January 02, 2011 at 03:27 PM
maybe a Lockout would be good for the Fins, at least they wont lose games
Posted by: TIme4achange | January 02, 2011 at 03:27 PM
SPARANO YOU SUCK
Posted by: EARL | January 02, 2011 at 03:28 PM
THE REASON FOR PLAYING HENE AND THIGPEN TODAY IS A CLUE THAT BOTH WILL BE WAVIED .
Posted by: ALoco | January 02, 2011 at 03:28 PM
At least Thigpen isn't afraid to throw it down the field. Looks like no 500GR for Ronnie.
Posted by: Chris in the 623 | January 02, 2011 at 03:28 PM
You guys can rip consulting with Parcells, but you were the same guys a couple of years ago saying, "In Bill we trust."
Admit that you hate him for leaving.
The bottom line is this team was 1-15 when he took over and in two years deliverd teams that went 18-14.
By the way, how many teams have you turned around, Mr. test and others?
Posted by: Armando Salguero | January 02, 2011 at 03:28 PM
test ... navydolfaninva does have a valid point that has been largely lost due to the hyperpartisan media we have.
Anyway, so now back to this abortion in New England.
Posted by: zaphod | January 02, 2011 at 03:28 PM
Nice job giving up 1000 yards to the useless patsies RB...
Don't buy tickets next year.
Posted by: test | January 02, 2011 at 03:29 PM
Thigpen isn't a starter, but he's SOOOO MUCH BETTER THAN HENNE
Posted by: EARL | January 02, 2011 at 03:29 PM
I will regret saying this tomorrow...or not, but I hope ross sells, the new owner moves the team to SO. Cal, and i can move on with my life. 44 years of this, aside from the glory years has left me a disillusioned old man.
Armando may have to cover UM tennis or such, but i can have Sundays to kick back and enjoy my new favorite team, the Falcons...(hate the Titans as long as Fisher is in charge)
Posted by: IMAWriter | January 02, 2011 at 03:29 PM
Time4change...
funny! Was thinking the same thing!
Posted by: navydolfaninva | January 02, 2011 at 03:29 PM
Brandon Marshall sighting
Posted by: Jeff F., Long Island, NY | January 02, 2011 at 03:29 PM
FINS need to fire Irelenad and get the BUCS personnel director, Dominik.
He's done a hell of a job recruiting.
Watch the Bucs game and see where the FINS could be doing with good recruiting. The youngest team in the NFL.
Posted by: Swamy | January 02, 2011 at 03:29 PM
Throwing the ball only prlongs this waterboarding.
Posted by: Angry Elf | January 02, 2011 at 03:29 PM
That's the best yards after catch I've seen with Marshall all year ... was that his best after the catch run of the year?
Posted by: zaphod | January 02, 2011 at 03:29 PM
I LIKE TO TAKE THIS CHANCE TO PAY MY RESPECT TO SUPERPHIN AND DB.
Posted by: ALoco | January 02, 2011 at 03:30 PM
I was in favor of bringing back Tony for another year, but after todays game? I don't see how Ross can sit back and do nothing. They cleary laid down for this one. And with a lockout looming, the only chance Ross might have to make a splash and to get a buzz going with the team might only be a coaching change.
Posted by: Jon | January 02, 2011 at 03:30 PM
Im defending myself---i never said *in bill we trust*...just for the record!!!!
Posted by: superPHIN | January 02, 2011 at 03:30 PM

Carlos Dansby can't be that good!
Posted by: Standley23 | January 02, 2011 at 03:30 PM
Test, how many pee-wee teams have your genius guided to championships?
Really interested in that.
Posted by: Armando Salguero | January 02, 2011 at 03:30 PM
@ NavydolphinVA
why ask test to stick to something he knows about?
test is a b i t c h, and he knows nothing.
that's like asking an ARC to explain relativity or quantum mechanics.
@test
cry more
Posted by: CJ | January 02, 2011 at 03:30 PM
I don't care who Ross consults with. Just straighten this out in 2011. All the answers he seeks can be found in these blogs if he looks hard enough.
Posted by: Chris in the 623 | January 02, 2011 at 03:31 PM
Don't let everyone's anger get to you Mr. Salguero.....everyone is just hurting right now
Posted by: SoiledBottom | January 02, 2011 at 03:31 PM
