It's money time.
The Dolphins are one quarter from their first victory of 2011. That's good. But can't say it's been scintilating.
The teams traded field goals in the third quarter. The Dolphins lead 13-10.
The live blog, on the other hand, is scintilating. Join us in the comments section below.

Wow Henne chokes under pressure

10 yards. That's it. 10 yards.

Back to the UPS truck for you, Tony.
Posted by: Angry Elf | September 25, 2011 at 04:01 PM
The lasting affects of these clown won't be felt until next year. They really destroyed the o line and didn't a couple of guys that could have really helped this team. Also, Bush is nothing more than a 3rd down back and ST player.

Buffalo beeting the Patriots! 3 minutes left.
Posted by: dbmfins | September 25, 2011 at 04:01 PM
Tony Sporano and Ireland need to be fired immediately...this is not up for discussion. Are you serious? What happened to us moving the ball from a 4 wide out position----we needed 15 yds!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Posted by: Big I | September 25, 2011 at 04:02 PM
Disgusting. Henne this, Henne that, FU HENNE!
Posted by: Disgusting | September 25, 2011 at 04:02 PM
Pathetic but let's all blame Henne right Mando
Posted by: beerndrums | September 25, 2011 at 04:02 PM
Hello 0-3! We've missed you!
Unfortunately, I don't think they can/will fire Sparano. Who are they going to get to replace him now that the season has started?
Posted by: Matt L | September 25, 2011 at 04:02 PM
NOW THOSE ARE THE DOLPHINS I REMEMBER. SUCK FOR LUCK IS BASED ONLY WHAT WE'VE SEEN ON THE FIELD!
Posted by: DyingBreed | September 25, 2011 at 04:02 PM
Fire the coach this season is over
Posted by: Joey | September 25, 2011 at 04:02 PM
Well time to fire everyone!
Posted by: DKM | September 25, 2011 at 04:02 PM
Henna is who we that he was...er were. A Loser. Or did Marshall stop again.
0-7

Pathetic display, humiliating waste of three hours.

sorry all u die hards i have watched for over 35 years... i dont want to hear it about how we have a chance and we should root root.... piss off
Posted by: ctphinsfan | September 25, 2011 at 04:02 PM
They beat us and added insult to injury by intercepting on the last play!
Posted by: redsky | September 25, 2011 at 04:03 PM
phew is right almost beat the browns by 2 points, if we're gonna suck we might as well suck hard. if all goes well next season is going to be interesting.
Posted by: BLAZZIN ACE | September 25, 2011 at 04:03 PM
Of course it ends with an interception.
This team finds ways to fail in every phase every single week. They outplayed the Browns for most of the game, but they figured out a way to lose. It's the one way in which the team is reliable. They find ways to lose games.
Posted by: The New Kid | September 25, 2011 at 04:03 PM
Craig M,
BTW..... WE SUCK!!!! I would have taken a win against the Browns too, but our lousy team can't even manage that!!!
Posted by: Phintastic | September 25, 2011 at 04:03 PM
damn, lost again
Posted by: Lucas | September 25, 2011 at 04:03 PM
This is the poorest excuse for a football team I've seen in 57 years of watching football. Bar none!
Posted by: finfan28 | September 25, 2011 at 04:03 PM
Even a win will only show how mediocre this team is, or more accuratly how much they would love to be mediocre these days. Mr. Billionare, Please actually go out, find a coach, and then freaking hire him.
Fist PUMP!!! oh yeah Three points!
Tony sparano/ Jeff ireland = "The Walking Dead"
Posted by: Benny | September 25, 2011 at 04:03 PM
You guys suck! DRAFT ME!

Posted by: jtlawson5 | September 25, 2011 at 04:04 PM
Obama's not gonna like this, unemployment numbers just went up.
Posted by: The real G | September 25, 2011 at 04:04 PM

all day posting on here baby, all day posting on here. i told my wife we are going to lose the game after bush could not run the ball on that second try. i knew it and i was right. let's go Mando. I want to hear you calling for the firing of the coach.
Posted by: oristela | September 25, 2011 at 04:04 PM
0-4 into the bye week, not sure where first win comes from (definitely not at home).
Posted by: DC Dolfan | September 25, 2011 at 04:04 PM
Right now...they might as well replace sparano with daboll......ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC PERFORMANCE.....Fist pump that sparano....and resign...save urself the embarrassment of coaching this team for the rest of the year!!!!
Posted by: superPHIN | September 25, 2011 at 04:04 PM
I AM DONE!!!!!!!
THAT WAS THE MOST EMBARRASSING LOSS I HAVE EVER SEEN. I CAN'T PUT MYSELF THROUGH THIS ANYMORE. EVERYONE SHOULD BE FIRED AFTER THAT GAME. IT WAS THAT BAD.
I'VE SUPPORTED TONY FOR A LONG TIME, BUT THAT TIME HAS COME TO AN END. ITS OVER. TIME FOR CHANGE.
Posted by: ak | September 25, 2011 at 04:04 PM
I think it is safe to say the Sparano-Ireland era is officially over. Now go have success somewhere else fellas.
Posted by: JJ | September 25, 2011 at 04:05 PM
I hear Randy Shannon is available.
Posted by: Stickafork | September 25, 2011 at 04:05 PM
Man this team sucks. Up and down the field all day and they can't get a frickin' touchdown. Unbelievable. Wake me up when it's next year and there's a new head coach and a new general manager. Time for Ireland to go.
Posted by: TNphinfan | September 25, 2011 at 04:05 PM
I have missed only a handful of Dolphins games since I got Directv about 10 years ago. Today, I chose not to watch - this team is that bad. I watched every game the 1 - 15 season, that season didn't feel as bad as this one. It's bad when, as a life long fan, you almost hope they loose so some changes will come.
Posted by: OHdolfan | September 25, 2011 at 04:05 PM
cut brandon marshall, he is a f'n bum.
Posted by: Poizen | September 25, 2011 at 04:05 PM
great game... wooo hoooo fist pumps
Posted by: ctphinsfan | September 25, 2011 at 04:05 PM
Why go to Brandon everytime in the redzone ? He can not grab one there .... Try somthing less expected...
Posted by: Go Phins | September 25, 2011 at 04:05 PM
Terrible Defense and Terrible Offensive Line. That is the story of the game
Posted by: mjga84 | September 25, 2011 at 04:06 PM
well... Safe to say Tony is a goner. Please take Ireland with you.
Posted by: mike d | September 25, 2011 at 04:06 PM
Hey Tony and Jeff I'll be waiting on the course for you.
Posted by: Benny Sapp | September 25, 2011 at 04:06 PM
Wow look at bills punching patriots in the mouth
Posted by: jaycan | September 25, 2011 at 04:07 PM
Again - if we fire these guys, who are we going to get to replace them?
Posted by: Matt L | September 25, 2011 at 04:07 PM
Let Mike Nolan be head coach. NO, the team won't go anywhere, but what's the difference? A head needs to role for symbolic reasons.
Posted by: TNphinfan | September 25, 2011 at 04:07 PM
Ireland is going to hand behind Ross' skirt, sparano will get fired...nonsense...Ireland should be fired....today....leave the coaching staff alone, 'cause they are fired too at the end of the season...this is terrible
Posted by: MTL PHIN | September 25, 2011 at 04:07 PM
Henne needed to get one completion in that last drive so bad QBing there - although mouth Marshall seems to disappear in big moments as well. Marshall didn't even seem to put any effort into that last pass when Henne was under pressure yet again - Soprano should be fired for the state of the OL alone.
Posted by: JetHater | September 25, 2011 at 04:07 PM
Ross: Got a Plan C?
Posted by: Chris | September 25, 2011 at 04:08 PM
Just put my season tickets on e-bay, I'll take anything at this point.
Posted by: Marc | September 25, 2011 at 04:08 PM
Heres what i would do if i we Ross. Take Sparano with me to the airport, then have him watch as i take off to find another coach.
Posted by: Angry Elf | September 25, 2011 at 04:08 PM
BILLS HAVE PUT UP 31PTS AND DRIVING FOR ANOTHER SCORE AGAINST THE PATS.
WE'RE NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BEING AS GOOD AS THE BILLS!
Posted by: DyingBreed | September 25, 2011 at 04:08 PM
Lets talk concistency. This year we lose both at home and away......
Posted by: Go Phins | September 25, 2011 at 04:08 PM
