The Dolphins didn't collapse in the third quarter!
Actually, they increased their lead on a Dan Carpenter field goal.
So can they hold on? Is this the first Dolphins victory of the season?
Join me in the comments section as the live blog continues. We will find out together if Suck for Luck is dead.

This team looked adversity in the face, and again, the team blinked.
I was worried we'd lose out on Luck, but I should've known better. Can't expect 4 quarters of football out of this squad.

Wouldn't be a Dolphins game without Marc Colombo giving up a sack...And he did.
Posted by: Armando Salguero | October 30, 2011 at 03:50 PM
OUCH...Moore just got crushed!
And the middle screen didn't QUITE get the 30 yds for a 1st down...
Posted by: finsfan72 | October 30, 2011 at 03:50 PM
You HAVE to get rid of the ball, Man!
Posted by: oscar canosa | October 30, 2011 at 03:50 PM
How can Sparano keep his job after today? This will makr two fourth quarter collapses in two weeks dosent Ross have ANY pride? We are the absolute laughing stock of the league!!! How can he accept that!!!
Posted by: todd neal | October 30, 2011 at 03:51 PM
Moore needs to learn how to quickly get the ball out of hand and live to fight another down. Throw the damn ball away!
Posted by: yesterday's gone | October 30, 2011 at 03:51 PM
Jake Long... And to think we could of had Matt Ryan. Fu*****g Parcells!!!

Sparano should resign tonight. Not tomorrow, not next week, today. He's the biggest moron the world has ever known.
Watch him defend his play calling again today. What a douche bag.

Win or lose you can't take anything away from the way these guys played today. Played with heart, played with a desire to win. For those of you who are wallowing in the Loser mentality you are the LOSERS!

So if I follow u jtlawson5, you are saying Sparano is basically a tackling dummy? Agreed.
Posted by: Angry Elf | October 30, 2011 at 03:52 PM
Of course.

I thought the screen pass to Lex Slug Hilliard on 3rd ad 85 was an excellent call. Shame it didn't work out.
Posted by: geezer | October 30, 2011 at 03:53 PM
So fitting! The O-Line Guro as head coach and the O-line lets up two sacks for -20 yards. It's amazing Moore will be able to walk onto the bus. Funny Stuff!
The best comedy on earth!!!!
Posted by: JPAO | October 30, 2011 at 03:53 PM
let me guess Ross is still not happy, but wont fire the coach
Posted by: j | October 30, 2011 at 03:54 PM
Judy Finkle how can you say that this team played with heart? They blew another 4th quarter lead and when it mattered they couldnt get it done. That is pretty much the exact opposite of playing with heart.
Posted by: todd neal | October 30, 2011 at 03:54 PM
After 26 years as a fan of this team, I can't take it anymore. This game should have been a win-they had it. There is enough talent on this team to at least be 3-4 or 4-3. It's the coaching and schemes people----get rid off SPORANO NOW!
Posted by: Big I | October 30, 2011 at 03:54 PM
They waited till after 3 1/2 quarters before they collapsed.
Of course, that's only a slight increase from last week when they played 3 3/4 quarters before falling apart last week.
Ridiculous.
Posted by: HRP | October 30, 2011 at 03:54 PM
Dejavu all over again. Doesn't this feel a little like last week?
Posted by: finsfan72 | October 30, 2011 at 03:54 PM
Time to put Long on IR, he's obviously hurting
Posted by: I'm Rick James B | October 30, 2011 at 03:54 PM
Geee man, it was only three points. Every other team covers 40-50 yards and kick it. Why the hell can't we do it?
Posted by: MaCo | October 30, 2011 at 03:54 PM
IMAGINE IF YOU IDIOTS HAD DRAFTED MALLETT IN THE 3RD ROUND....
Then we wouldn't be watching Moore.....
Posted by: kris | October 30, 2011 at 03:54 PM
there is no way this team is this bad, their losing on purpose
Posted by: mr kahn | October 30, 2011 at 03:54 PM
Sparano...
I don't think you'll make it to the end of the season.
Posted by: Swamy | October 30, 2011 at 03:54 PM

YOU MORONS, KEEP ROOTING FOR THIS TEAM!!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!
Posted by: Did you watch Luck last night? | October 30, 2011 at 03:55 PM
They may be playing hard...but they just suck balls at playing football...Bottom line!!!!
Posted by: superPHIN | October 30, 2011 at 03:55 PM
Looks like St. Louis will win. So, at least we win with that. One step closer to victory!
With the first selection the Miami Dolpins select....
Posted by: JPAO | October 30, 2011 at 03:55 PM
Of course Pizza Chef is gone. But its pointless to fire him now. He is our useful idiot, if u know what I mean.

Rams running out the clock with a 24-14 lead.
Posted by: Chris in the 623 | October 30, 2011 at 03:56 PM
Peyton Manning would look like a 3rd string QB playing on a Sparandick team.
Posted by: geezer | October 30, 2011 at 03:57 PM
NOTHING WRONG WITH ROOTING FOR YOUR TEAM TO SHOW SOME HEART WEEK AFTER WEEK. MOST OF THE PLAYERS DO REALIZE THEY ARE AUDITIONING FOR THE NEXT NEW REGIME.
Posted by: yesterday's gone | October 30, 2011 at 03:57 PM

Don't let Columbo on the plane-play calling personnel-time out squandering-no game plan
Posted by: David | October 30, 2011 at 03:57 PM
Sweeeeet, if the Rams hold on for the win there's only 1 winless team besides us.
Posted by: LuckSweepstakes | October 30, 2011 at 03:57 PM
Cut Sean Smith. Cut Marc Colombo. Cut Richie Incognito. Cut Yeremiah Bell. Cut Rashad Jones. Cut Kevin Burnett. Cut Brian Hartline. Cut Philip Merling. Cut Vernon Carey. Cut John Jerry. Fire Sparano and Ireland. Fire Brian Daboll. Fire Mike Nolan. Get Bill Cowher in here. Very simple solution.

The Colts blew it but the Rams still on top.. 4 now.
Tenn 27
Colts 10 2 mins

Saints 14 under 4 left
