The Dolphins are leading the New York Giants 7-3 to start the second quarter.
No, this is not April Fools. It is not a misprint.
The Fins held New York on fourth down to end its first series of the game and held again on third down to force a field goal on the second drive.
The Dolphins have a TD run by Steve Slaton.

Honestly though - don't we all cheer when the Fins scors?

No.

Please kidnap the Giants doctors before they give them thier loseritis innoculations at halftime.

Big fan and I am happy to see them beating the Giants. Although I predicted and continue to predict that they will lose this game. I hope I am wrong.
But....Watch Sean Smith and his sissy hand tackles. Watch him give 10 yard cushions, watch the receiver easily catch the ball and hand tackle, praying someone comes to help him coplete the tackle. He is HORRIBLE!! When the Fins lose this game I gaurantee it will be because Smith gives up a big play (probably two).

the offense step up

I have confidence in the Dolphins. They will blow it and all will be well in the world.

Crowd here is getting restless. You could hear moans and some boos after the fumble.

this season is awesome
when we win, we win
if we lose, we win
we can't help but win today!
Posted by: Jamison | October 30, 2011 at 01:56 PM
Screw Suck for Luck. Even Andrew Luck is quoted as saying he don't want to play for half ass fans who are on the Suck for Luck bandwagon!! C'mon Fins, win a big game here!!!!

JAmison's stuff is hilarious
Posted by: MaCo | October 30, 2011 at 01:57 PM
And how will my beloved Miami Dolphins lose today? May I suggest something Halloween-ish? Maybe it'll turn out Tony Sparano is an escaped mental patient trying to kill Eli Manning, who is secretly his sister. The Dolphins will have to forfeit when Tony tries to stab Eli on 3rd and 7 (3 and 7 being the numbers that set Tony off per the programming of the ancient Druid cult). That would be a hell of a football game!! ELI: "Was Tony Sparano the boogeyman?" MATT MOORE: "As a matter fact he was."

Jimmy Wilson looks bad out there
Posted by: DKM | October 30, 2011 at 01:57 PM
Karlos Dansby is out of the game.
Posted by: Armando Salguero | October 30, 2011 at 01:57 PM
Miami is trying to finish year strong so the rest of us can leave with status qoute again next year...which is BAD news for any hopefuls wanting change...NEEDING change!!!
Wont come unless miserable season accompanies them....just sayin!!!

"I felt the Dolphins had a better chance of winning the opener against New England than they do of winning Sunday."
""The Dolphins can beat the Giants on Sunday if ..........."
I love reading good fiction.
Armando. I thought these comments were pretty far fetched in that articleed and definately left me heat. I definitely didnt see miami as hopeless in this game. This is the same NY team that lost to seattle and they dont have the type of offense that miami is bad against. They dont spread the defense out or have a pass catching TE that kills miami. I knew our defense could keep it close. The O just needed to make plays which they are.

My wife and I were laughing hard on that one.

It could also be our bad luck, that we draft Andrew Luck and he suffers career ending injury his rookie season.
Sometimes when a thing seems to good to be true, it usually is. Be careful what you wish for 0-16 suck for luck people!

Why do you anti-Luck types always think about the negativity first. How about optimism. Luck gets us a division title and maybe even a Playoff win. Imagine that!
Posted by: Luck or Bust | October 30, 2011 at 01:59 PM
2nd time we've rushed only 3 people... 2nd time its burned us. I hate that
Posted by: Chase | October 30, 2011 at 01:59 PM
Hoping for wins at this point is like marrying the slutty girl instead of the good girl.
It might be more fun in the short term, but will be a nightmare in the long term.
Posted by: finsfan72 | October 30, 2011 at 02:00 PM
Wilson was a pre-season fan favorite but his cover skills are really bad. When a TV commentator is telling you his cover skills are bad, then they are REALLY bad.
Maybe he should try safety???
Posted by: JPAO | October 30, 2011 at 02:00 PM
Let's not forget this secondary stinks! That's right Bell! Your secondary stinks!

Agree 100%. The same fans saying they want us to win will complain next year if we don't draft a stellar QB. Can't have your rum and drink it too.
Posted by: Did you watch Luck last night? | October 30, 2011 at 02:01 PM
I've seen enough. Sparano is my guy, he'll be back.
Posted by: S. Ross | October 30, 2011 at 02:01 PM
Mando, Dansby got kicked in the head by Jacobs on the fumble.
Posted by: nyfinfan | October 30, 2011 at 02:02 PM
Why doesn't Willson just go back and stand at the goal line. An 80 year old can complete passes to his side.

Better than what you will hear from miami realists if we win this game and gain confidence in this year.......AND that was an incomplete pass mando...geez!!!*lol*
Posted by: superPHIN | October 30, 2011 at 02:02 PM
We are not getting the first pick in the draft! Jeez St Lous is worst and Indy is worst! We'll draft Landry Jones with the third pick.
Posted by: DKM | October 30, 2011 at 02:02 PM
Doctors lookin hard at Dansby probably because of the concussion that Chargers guy got last week - and no one noticed
Something tells me the Giants took it REALLY easy this week in practice
Posted by: Jamison | October 30, 2011 at 02:02 PM
They up 14-3!! Haha-- They will find a way to losse for sure. Where's Tebow

Yep, another realist. I know we all want the Dolphins to win in our hearts, but the season is over. Lets think about the future.

Luck or Bust,
Everyone would like to see Luck in a fins uniform. But it just isnt right to sacrifice integrity in lieu of it.
Man up, where are your real balls, in your wife's purse?

SEAN SMITH BURNED!

Let me guess. If we draft an offensive lineman with the 6th pick you'll be happy? Not to mention that awesome 3-13 record we'll have.
Posted by: Luck or Bust | October 30, 2011 at 02:05 PM
What are we paying bush for!? Let him return the damn ball!!
