Hey, lookie, lookie, Dolphins lead NYG in 2nd quarter

The Dolphins are leading the New York Giants 7-3 to start the second quarter.

No, this is not April Fools. It is not a misprint.

The Fins held New York on fourth down to end its first series of the game and held again on third down to force a field goal on the second drive.

The Dolphins have a TD run by Steve Slaton.

Marc-

No one is suggesting that the players should intentionally tank. That IS ridiculous.

This is strictly a fan-based movement. No cooperation is being requested from the team in any way.

I played football, basketball and baseball from 6th grade through high school and I would never expect a coach or player to Suck on purpose for any reason.

But as a fan, I recognize that the team will be better off if we manage to get the 1st pick in the draft so we can select the best QB prospect in 20 years.

YES!!! WE NEED LUCK!!!!

I am not jittery with excitement as the Dolphins lead this.......I now the cold hard facts are Tony Sparano is formulating his halftime adjustments as we speak....I will not be lulled into a false sense of Dolphin pride

ALMOST THERE, G-MEN!!!!

Like you QB suggestions Armando... good plan.

RAMS ARE WINNING!!! WE CAN DO THIS!!!!

SEAN SMITH has only ever looked good the preseason he was drafted...Has been garbage ever since!

YESSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wilson is playing like a rookie today. Overmatched.

who got BURNT

I told you, Jimmy.

I called it boys...SO PREDICTABLE*LMAO*

Damn!!

About damn time.

JIMMY WILSON

Holy crap Jimmy Wilson keeps getting BURNED....

Ugh.

Why wouldn't they put WILL ALLEN at RCB or LCB?!

Ron Wolf for years and years would draft quarterbacks and turn them into draft picks later on after a little development. They were like a savings account with high interest for him.

Still a great half!!

Armando,

If I were gm, even if I got Luck, I would double down with Kellen Moore in rd2. For some reason I think Moore lasts top of the 2nd rd like Brees did.

Doubling down with Luck and Moore gives potential future 1st rd trade value with Kellen Moore. The way our luck has gone the past decade, drafting a qb 1st and 2nd rd, would be absolutely brilliant!

Damn. There goes my back-rub after the game.

Poor Jimmy. Give him time before we start hating.

On a brighter note... the regime's Vontae Davis choice is paying dividends again this year... no?

Can this D ever come up with a Turnover... One clutch stop from time to time would be nice..

You can only burn Jimmy Wilson so many times before someone's gonna get shot

Perfect even got fantasy points on that 1!!

I've enjoyed this game so far - how long has it been since we could say that?

Haha, don't worry imposter, your boyfriend will still go down on you

this is another prime example of even when miami looks good, THEY will still find ways to look incredibly bad

This is why WE must have an Overhual after this season....

WE MUST SUCK FOR CHANGE!!!

well at least we get the ball first in the second half

Problem with Weeden is there isn't much time to develop him before he's ready to retire.

You people actually rooting for the dolphins to lose are just horrible HORRIBLE fans. Theres no f r icken way that i could root against them and i want Luck as much as the next guy.

Im very proud of the fight our outmanned Dolphins have put up in the 1st half. Win or lose today I commend them for that!

You will never get a turnover with this secondary. You have to within a mile of the reciever for that to happen and these corners are in the parking lot

The old Miami Dolphins Knee with time on the clock....Brilliant....

Rams 10 NO 0!
Titans 13 Colts 0

Seriously you all that are rooting against the dolphins for the purpose of luck are no d amn better then the jets fans that come on here just to talk crap

OK. We outplayed them in the first half. The second half, we have to mantain momentum and counteract the adjustments the Giants are going to make.

Root to lose in order to get rid of Idiots like Ireland...coaches that dont have backbones like sparano....YOUr DAMN RIGHT BUDDY,

You go ahead and root for the status qoute all u want...but I choose to look at losing as a cause for WINNING in the future.....do what u will

Even Vince Lombardi... ultimate team coach ... knew that all players on the team are NOT equal... QBs are key.

This football truism always bothered him.

But it's a fact. To win at football you need an elite QB. They make up for deficiencies elsewhere.

This would be a great year to pull the 1-2 double QB draft idea.

There are a LOT of really good QB's set to be drafted this year. Wouldn't be surprised to see some 2nd rounders develop into quality starters.

Trade bait savings account. I love it. We need some clever modern-thinking in our organization.

Jimmy Wilson doesn't have a prayer covering those receiers. Too inexperienced.

superPhin what happens happens. If your a true dolphin fan no fricken way could you actually root against them. Get outta here

Is there any doubt that Indy is going to get Andrew luck? They are about to go 0-8. It's a good century to be an Indy fan

Rams are winning! Cards are winning! (hmmm St. Louis AND the Cardinals are winning - the World Series ghost is helping the SFL Cause thus far!)

Woot woot!

Make Me Chase*lol*

Just make sure you root for this team when they make NO changes next year too..okay!!!

GET OVER YOURSELF! SUCK FOR LUCK! ALL ABOARD!!!!

Outmanned? Not on that first half.

The Colts are milking this season with Manning.

I believe very soon you will all see something official come out with a Colt conspiracy which unfolds that Manning can play but the colts wish to keep him out and milk the medical crap.

Manning will not be a Colt next season if they draft Andrew Luck. Look for Manning to potentially become the next Dolphin QB.

Just say -in.

NEW BLOG!

And it's STATUS QUO you idiot! STATUS QUO!

How can you expect anyone to take you seriosuly when you can't even spell?

does anyone know where i can get a good pizza?

How long before we self-destruct? Will the 1st half extend Sparano's tenure? Can Jimmy Wilson make a play? Inquiring minds want to know!!!

MARC COLOMBO, WHAT ARE YOU STILL DOING HERE?

Easy Marc.....

Dont get ur panties in a twisty Knot

Breathe easy....let one out or do whatever it is u do in order to take one of "THOSE" pills to calm u*lol*

Hey Marino was The 6th Quarterback taken,27th overall, still hope if we dont get Luck...

Please explain the difference between a jets fan and a dolphins fan that roots against the dolphins year after year to hope for draft picks???

30 minutes left folks. The Fins always find a way to lose since Ireland and the buffoons came to town.

I ran into Steve Ross inthe bathroom. We talked ... after we were both done and outside his suite.

Will write about it in my column tomorrow.

Ballard dropped that pass twice.

Colts losing 20-0. They're all in on Suck for Luck.

Don't we all know daboll likes
