Reggie Bush has a neck injury and his return is questionable.
Sean Smith is also out of the game because he has cramps. His return is questionable.
It is also questionable the Dolphins can mount a comeback against the Jets, as they trail 17-6.
Let's see if the can.
Join me in the comments section below as we finish out the live blog.

But what do you guys think of the stat that our DL has ZERO sacks this year? ZERO.
Posted by: johnk | October 17, 2011 at 10:55 PM
Obviously, Sean Smith is back in the game.

JETS suck tonite..and we're down by 11. That's how bad we are.
Posted by: vince from canada | October 17, 2011 at 10:55 PM
at least we know the jets suck, our offense is high school like and we are still in the game, and we gave them a Def TD
Posted by: Steve | October 17, 2011 at 10:55 PM
If Jets offense wasnt more pathetic than ours. We would be losing by 40pts right now!
Posted by: yesterday's gone | October 17, 2011 at 10:55 PM
Bush is injured? SHOCKER!
Posted by: Youknow | October 17, 2011 at 10:53 PM

Why am I even watching this? WTF!!!! We SUCK!
Posted by: jszach | October 17, 2011 at 10:55 PM
Why does everyone want Cowher? Do you really want a coach who seems to have NO interest in coming back? And those people wanting Gruden, seriously? He was fired. At least Cowher chose to leave. Also, Gruden just signed a 5 year deal with ESPN. I like Josh McDaniels or Rob Ryan. Get some fiery blood in here.

I am sick and embarrased. I have been a dolphin fan for all of my life. Well acutally since the franchise started because I was 13 the first year. If I could I would stop being so supportive of this team but I simply cant. Make this pain stop....
Posted by: Steven | October 17, 2011 at 10:57 PM

Only 7 field goals and we win.
Posted by: Calgaryfinfan | October 17, 2011 at 10:57 PM

Posted by: woody5077 | October 17, 2011 at 10:57 PM
I wonder how Sparano feels now about passing up scoring opportunities. If he's not fired tomorrow, I bail for the season.
Posted by: GetAGrip | October 17, 2011 at 10:57 PM
Who was that on our side who just watched Burress walk into the end zone????
Posted by: johnk | October 17, 2011 at 10:57 PM

Posted by: fool737 | October 17, 2011 at 10:59 PM
Offense gave up in the first half. Just took the defense a bit longer to catch up.
Posted by: Chris in the 623 | October 17, 2011 at 10:59 PM
Sparano lost the bags, driver license and the lockeroom...he's done after this game...Colts we're in the same game after Luck
Posted by: tony in miami | October 17, 2011 at 10:59 PM
the jets are awful.
Posted by: austin | October 17, 2011 at 10:59 PM
Armando I feel sorry for you covering this team. They are a bunch of quitters. The coaches are worse quitters than the players actually. Just look at the end of the half. Enough said.
Posted by: FB | October 17, 2011 at 10:59 PM
who's brilliant idea to put wake in coverage. he couldn't cover me and i am a 50 year old fatazz. this is one of the most embarassing performances ever. another 3 hours of my life wasted watching this train wreck.

Ha.
Posted by: TONY SPARANO LOVES FIELD GOALS | October 17, 2011 at 11:00 PM
Sparano, you should be happy. All your boys are having fun. They are laughing while their butts are kicked by the Jets. Bush injured, Sean Smith with cramps (again?), poor tackiling all around, Marshal being manhandled by Reevis, no pass rush, and on and on.
If you had any pride, you would RESIGN.
Posted by: Asogue | October 17, 2011 at 11:00 PM
Pathetic pathetic pathetic. Sparano quote" we saw some good things out there" Columbo has given up a sack"
Posted by: sevensharp | October 17, 2011 at 11:00 PM
Denver at Miami. First team to 10 wins.
Posted by: Chris in the 623 | October 17, 2011 at 10:52 PM
