Fins escort Bills to woodshed, administer whipping

This was a complete victory as the 35-8 score suggests.

The defense extended its streak of quarters without allowing a touchdown to 12. The offense rolled up four TDs in the first half to make this a walk before the second half was played. Matt Moore threw three touchdown passes and had a 133.3 rating.

And the special teams got a blocked punt and touchdown when Lex Hilliard recoverd a block in the end zone.

Complete.

Total.

Stampede of Buffalo.

The Dolphins have won three consecutive game. They are 3-7. They travel to Dallas to play the Cowboys on Thanksgiving.

yesterday u are hilarious. rg is nowhere near nfl ready. he will be a decent nfl qb at best, max

dusty,

If a qb completes 30% of his throws of 40yds or more that's awesome. RGIII is completing 58%. That's a mindboggling stat no matter what level you play on!

Yesterday,
I think a lot of people sterotype RG III because he is black. Some probably compare him to Vick because of his ability to run with the ball and his arm strength.
However, there is one thing that Vick can't do and that is beat you with his arm. If teams shut down Vick's running lanes and make him throw to win he becomes ineffective.
You're right to point out RG III's accuracy and his touch. He IS NOT the stereotypical black quarterback and comparing him to someone like Vick would be an insult because he is much more intelligent than Vick.
He's also got a great head on his shoulders. I would have to agree with you that he could be a great quarterback for this team. He will probably be more successful in the NFL than Jones and, possibly, Barkley. One thing is for sure; he's definitely better than Tannehill.

lol rg cant hold vicks jock

yes odinseye and we can name a thousand examples in the opposite direction. means nothing if u cant understand the value of having a higher pick than nobody can help u.

Posted by: dusty bottoms | November 21, 2011 at 09:33 PM

Dusty, I think you're the one having problems understanding. Seriously, I'm not being a deck about it, I'm just exchanging with you about what I believe.

If I have to break it down for you I will. For example, Vernon Gholston, 6th overall pick of the 2008 draft.

Of the remaining 26 picks of THAT first round, I can give you at least 15 players that turned out to be "IMPACT PLAYERS" if not outright Stars. 15 Dusty, that alone kind of blows your argument out of the water.

Sure the 5th pick is better than the 6th, hypothetcally speaking. But winning a few more games will NOT ruin our draft(as you said earlier).

So lets say we win a few more games and slide down a few picks and are forced to draft Barkley or Griffen instead of Luck. Whose can say they won't end up being better in the long run?

It happened with Marino in 83 and it's happened many, MANY more times since then.

dusty,

Like I stated, RGIII is completing 58% of his passes over 40yds. To show how awesome that is, Aaron Rodgers is completing 60% of his passes over 40yds.

That cant be taught, you have it or you dont. Rodgers has it, Marino had it, now RGIII certainly has it.

You can't just assume QB's will have the same success in the pro's as they do in college. Plenty of evidence of that. The college stats mean squat.

odinseye again if u cant understand that the higher we pick the better chance we have at the qb we want than u just dont get it

dont care what rg is doing in college in a spread offense which is never run in the nfl

Vick has never done anything in the NFL to warrant the accolades he receives.
He has 11 td's and 11 int's this year. Last year was the first time he passed for over 3,000 yds in a year and he sucked when he played for Atlanta.
If you look at his college career it was pitiful.
RG III makes Vick look like a high school quarterback.

judy finkle,

If we get RGIII, at least we already know who some of his biggest basher will be here. At least until he makes believers out of those fools! LOL

Like MR T was famously quoted, " I Pity The Fool"!

If you watch Luck, Barkley, Jones, Tannehill and RG III there is only one of them that you could honestly say could do better in the NFL than RG III and that is Luck. Jones can't play under pressure. Barkely's arm strength is questionable.
Yes, RG III plays in a spread offense but show me a college team that plays a pro style offense other than USC. RG III is a gifted athlete and, if he is asked to take snaps from under center, I can't see him failing.
Great arm strenth, great touch on the ball, great accuracy, intelligent and world-class speed. I'll take him any day over Jones or Barkley.

judy u are clearly clueless. vick has the most rushing yards by a qb ever, a 49-37 record as a starter. only had one losing season with atlanta and that was 7-9.

RGIII will look like a chump in the pro's. Forget him.

ODINSEYE WOULDENT ADMIT THE HISTORY OF HIS VIKINGS PEOPLE IN THE PAST BUT IT IS TRUE WHAT YOU WROTE ABOUT THEM..,THEY WOULD GO TO THE OTHER LANDS ON THERE BOATS AND PICK OUT THE YOUNG BOYS AND MEN THEY WANTED AND MAKE THEM THERE GAY SLAVES AND LEAVE THE WOMEN ONLY TAKE OMNE OR TWO TO MAKE SOME BABYS

Posted by: ALoco | November 21, 2011 at 09:55 PM

Actually, your Gay attem[t at Humor notwithstanding, it was quite different.

Your people came to our lands and **TRIED** to exploit us and take advantage by hiding behind and forcing your fake money grubbing religions upon us(Much like you did my ancestors here, the NATIVE American Indians).

Well, in all reality, we all know how your attempts to rape, rob and force your fake religions upon us worked out.

We held our own lands and expelled you from our country. When you TRIED to persist, we kicked your buts and your fake greedy rekigious practices all the way back to your homelands. When you stuill didn't learn your lessons, we expelled you from your own homelands. The luckier weasels among your ranks were made slaves and assimilated into OUR CULTURE and WAYS.

Either way, it was an improvement for you and your inferior cultures.

You shouldn't have messed with us in the first place, but you eventually learned your lessons.

Speaking of history, why don't you tell us about the Normans of Normandy and how they came to be ;)

Bhwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa Haaaaaaaaaaaaaa Haaaaaaaaaa!!!!

Lightning officially out of the bottle. Brady's qb rating has gone from 39.6 to 120.4, and Julian Eddleman has just blasted the Chiefs with a long punt return td.

Pats now dominantly up 24-3. Turn of the lights. The party's over now!

I took the trouble of watching the College films, as both players are of the same size and style, of Aaron Rodgers and RGIII. Anybody interested, watch them let me know what you think.

lol nothing soft about barkleys arm. some have him ahead of luck now

Judy,

The thing that worries me most about Jones and Barkley is that both could either be very good. Or both could end up being Jay Cutler. Neither seem exactly mvp calibre.

RGIII has all of the tools to threaten to be a league mvp in his nfl career.

comparing those 2 is just beyond stupid

so he cant watch the game but post on a dolphins blog, lol ok sure

Posted by: dusty bottoms | November 21, 2011 at 09:54 PM

Let me guess, for you, watching a movie and checking in for scores on the blog is a big complicated procedure?

Ha Ha Ha, watch out for them thar keys, thar so little and hard to see-Damn whipper Snappers and their new fangled technologies.

If I ever learn to text, I'll write them thar whipper snappers a nasty letter!

PS: Dooh! I made these last three before she even came back from the bathroom.

ZooooooooooooooooooM, I'll bet your decrepid old head is spinning ain't it there now feller?

ROTFLMAO!!!!

im not big on jones either, spread offense qbs are way behind. barkley would be huge, could start right away

dusty,

I like Barkley better than Jones. However, Im not sure Barkley ever becomes a perrenial top5 nfl qb. I believe he could be top 10, just not top 5.

Luck and RGIII are the only two qb's in this draft I feel could be perrenial top 5 qb's in thier future.

When it comes down to the playoffs and and winning championships. You want to have the best qb in that game behind your center, not the opponents. That's what you have to consider most when drafting a qb as your future.

"vick has the most rushing yards by a quarterback ever"

funny, you didn't mention anything about his passing yards.

Vick fumbled the ball 55 times and lost 29 of them while in Atlanta.
He threw 52 int's while in Atlanta.
He never completed more than 56% of his passes while in Atlanta.
Now, he's in Philly and has one good season and he's one of the greatest to ever play the game.
Vick is a hack. He'll be lucky to play one more year in Philly and then he will be a journeyman qb going from one team to another for the remainder of his career.

Viking lineage includes:

o"dork"seye

o"duh"nseye

o"dense"eye

o"dunce"eye

o"dickinhis"eye

odorseye

o"dumbass"eye

o"dimwit"eye

Dusty,

You can win championships with a top ten qb, but, you gotta have on helluva defense to do. A top 5 qb gives you a little more latitude and margin of error on defense.

Top 5 league qb's are mistake eraser in playoffs and championship games too. I believe RGIII will have that kind of future nfl ability.

Dusty,

I don't let women run me like you punk a s s be-atches. She's my guest so I was being polite. It's called hospitality. Don't look it up, you neandertals wouldn't understand anyways.

The movies over so I turned to the game for an update, guess what I saw?

An UNDRAFTED, that's **UNDRAFTED** Dusty, an UNDRAFTED CB with 7 int's so far this season.

Yeah, winning a couple more games will just ruin our poor little draft-Bhwaaaaaaa Haaaaaaaaa Haaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!

Sweet Pea gettin all mad cause him team on a win streak.

Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwww, how cute ;)

lol nobody ever said hes one of the greatest to play the game. also threw 71 tds, whats your point. if your telling me would id be mad if miami had the best rushing qb ever to play the game, well no i wouldnt be

judy,

Vick's also injured again, just like last season. Seems he having awful lots of trouble staying healthy these days.

fair enough yesterday, we shall see. lest hope miami stays in the top 10 picks

no doubt yesterday, eagles oline is horrible.

You guys are really high on drugs if you think you can say which college QB is going to be a top 5 or top 10!

Seriously, no GM in the league could predict that.

dusty,

Seems you would be mad if Miami drafted RGIII. He has Marino-like deepball touch and BVick-like speed and run ability.

In two years in Philly Vick has also fumbled the ball 19 times and lost 6.

One of the things that impressed me the most about RG III was when Baylor played Iowa State and RG III came in and played on defense and caused a fumble which his teammate picked up and ran for a touchdown.
That's impressive.

rg isnt near as fast as vick. and please please dont ever compare anything about rg to MARINO

True.dat Ithica... By far... THE BEST HEADLINE IN AGES!!! The best part is that the Fins EARNED it!

odinseye again if u cant understand that the higher we pick the better chance we have at the qb we want than u just dont get it

Posted by: dusty bottoms | November 21, 2011 at 10:23 PM

Yeah, you can't refute my posts, so just keep on saying it over and over. I heard if you say it enough times, while clicking your heels, it'll come true-LOL!

Just by reading your posts tonight Dorothy, we can all see whose not "Getting it".

EVERYBODY knows that 5 is better than 6, but you even said yourself, in THIS POST: CHANCE! That's the key word, CHANCE!

How about addressing my detailed post?

In 2008, Gholston went 6th.

Now, picking 6th gives you a better chance than picking 24, R-I-G-H-T ?

Dooh, except the 24th pick brought Tennessee Chris Johnson(How's your theory doing now Dusty?) Are you starting to understand now? If not, I got about another zillion examples just like this.

Now, in all reality Dusturb, you take Gholston and your "Better Chance".

I'll take Chris Johnson ALL DAY LONG BABY!

ValHalla!!!!

What some dont realize is a "franchise QB" is just a qb with command of the position well enough that you dont have to strongly consider addressing the position for 7-8yrs or more.

What that translates into is a qb that can rank anywhere from 1st to 13th best. The further away that qb is from being a top 5 qb. The stronger your defense better be.

Example:

Peyton Manning was a perrenialtop 3-4 qb nearly all of his career. Last season the Colts finished 10-6 or so, and still had one of the leagues worst D's.

Peyton's out for the year and they still have one of the leagues worst D's, yet thier currently 0-10. Peyton was well inside being a top 5 nfl qb.

Now do you see what I mean by top 5 qb's are mistake erasers? That's what youre looking for in the draft. A perrenial top 5 calibre qb. I dont see that in Landry and see Barkley in the 6-8 perrenial range as for his nfl future.

Those quarterbacks will work but they need lights out defense to win championships with them. Your defense has the slightest of room for margin of error when facing better qb's. But the opposing D has a little more latitude for error. Guess who wins?

lol i agree man. odinseye is not all there man. one dull tool in the box. lets hope 5 wins or less can net us our qb and then a playmaker in the 2nd rd fellas. peace out fellas, lets not forget we need to hire a great coach also

teams have been scoring 25-30pts against the Colts defense for forever it seems. Colts just seemed to win 80% or more of those games because they had a top 3-4 qb in Manning.

That's why I say to become a top 5 or higher nfl qb, that qb has to be a huge mistake eraser. That's what you have to consider most in drafting one.

Again, Luck and RGIII are the only two qb's in this draft that have that kind of potential nfl ability.

Barkley has already proven he isnt a huge mistake eraser in the loss to Luck and win against Oregon.

He got the big lead at Oregon then couldnt keep it going. The defense had to hold Oregon off in the end.

Then against Luck he couldnt keep pace in the end. Stanford's an above average, but not great college D. USC's defense is better than Stanford's.

Geez Dusty, I was just trying to talk football.

I was talkng polite too. I guess unless someone agrees with you completely, you have to call names, hmmmmmmmmmmmm.

It's OK, some people just can't handle OPEN an HONEST debating.

Which reminds me, you never did address anything I posted. You just kept repeating yourself over and over, then you started calling me names...........right before you ran away, another Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm.............

Again, Luck and RGIII are the only two qb's in this draft that have that kind of potential nfl ability.

I look at what Baylor has on offense and defense and look at what RG III has been able to accomplish in his four years and it speaks volumes.
He even missed part of a year with an injury and he still has a chance to pass for over 10,000 yds.
But, just to add I wouldn't be disappointed in Miami landed Kendall Wright, either.

Fvck a franchise qb, give me a future league mvp. Give me RGIII future league mvp!

judy,

Who the hell is Kendall Wright?

Yeah, I'm tired of the game managers. Let's get a guy who can make plays for this team with his arm and his legs.
Heck, he wouldn't even have to worry about Colombo playing right guard.

RG III's #1 receiver.

Remember You Saw It In Type Here First:

"RGIII League MVP"!

Judy,

You see, I dont even know anuone on RGIII's team besides him. He led them to a #22 ranking before the OK upset. Without RGIII, I dont even know if theyre a top 75 college football team.

ALoco,

I was hoping that was monkey brain eating FakeAloco and not you, the prestigious famous ALoco.

He is why I hope the Herald shut dwn the blog to put in bitter sign in system. Sign in BLUE my A ZZ!

Fake Aloco = ((Buffett Of Monkey Brains))

Kendall Wright is the 5th ranked receiver in the draft. He had 4.42 forty speed and has risen in the draft since the beginning of the season. He has 1281 yds and 10 td's this season.
If he continues to play at this level he could move up more. Right now he is ranked as the 38th best prospect in the draft.

If the Dolphins landed Kendall Wright, either Bess or Gates becomes expendable.

What?

First, someone talks about the "slit between my legs" and now someone wants to know if i have a wang.

Judy,

A wang is a slit.

Anyway.......

If Wright is the 38th ranked player, that gives him a solid upper 2nd rd grade.

I thought a "wang" was the same as a "schlong."

i've got to go to sleep. i'm hearing things.
night everyone.
