Some of the Dolphins' young vets showing growth

As we all know, we shouldn't read too much into offseason practices. (We all remember Channing Crowder mocking the Jets by calling them the OTA champions.)

But with that caveat, it's worth noting that several of the Dolphins' young veterans did enough good work to make you feel encouraged heading into the start of training camp. Others, ahem, did not.
