OK, so maybe it isn't the most exciting game on the schedule.
But the Jaguars scored ... a field goal.
And the Dolphins scored ... a field goal.
Game's tied 3-3.
The live blog continues in the comments section. Who knows, maybe somebody scores a touchdown this quarter.
How exciting!

This is truly a telling game...

What does it take to motivate these Dolphins to come to a home game an play well?
Posted by: David | December 16, 2012 at 01:45 PM
Chris Clemens has a neck injury. His return is questionable.
Posted by: Armando Salguero | December 16, 2012 at 01:45 PM
Our LB's Suck!!
Posted by: Dashi | December 16, 2012 at 01:45 PM
Cousins looking good for Washington
Posted by: Ignignokt | December 16, 2012 at 01:46 PM
Tyrone Culver is now in at safety.
Posted by: Armando Salguero | December 16, 2012 at 01:46 PM
We didn't need Hankerson-he makes TD'

Mando,
Our defense is 'questionable' today.

I have to say, Tannehill looks like he's regressing.
Posted by: DC Dolfan | December 16, 2012 at 01:34 PM
Or teams are onto his tendencies
Posted by: MiamiD20 | December 16, 2012 at 01:47 PM
Cousins just threw a td pass. Cousins was on my 3rd rd list to take in the 2012 draft. Instead Ireland took Egnew. LOL

This team looks worse every single week. I like Pouncey and Soliai as keepers, nobody else.
Posted by: Razo | December 16, 2012 at 01:48 PM
Another CB Down!!
Oh, Well!!

Our Defense has been questionable since the game versus Andrew Luck....
Posted by: Tony in Miami | December 16, 2012 at 01:48 PM
Two lousy teams....both bottom five.
Only teams from the bottom ten last year that haven't improved from last year. Sad!...
Posted by: Craig M | December 16, 2012 at 01:48 PM
Reg,
Armando was comenting on one of the posters comparing missed passes by Manning and T-Hill. He was merely making the point that Manning has earned the benefit of the doubt.
Posted by: Orlando Dolphan | December 16, 2012 at 01:49 PM
That was Nolan Carroll coming off the field.
Posted by: Armando Salguero | December 16, 2012 at 01:49 PM
lot of players going down hurt today!!!!
I guess that tipped pass sums up our luck, the balls actually goes straight into the hands of the intended reciever without him moving. Had that been T-Hill it would have looped straight to the opposition :-(
I guess this is where the team has to dig in and get thru it!
Posted by: reg | December 16, 2012 at 01:49 PM
Phins are trying to even out the injury situation
Posted by: Millions | December 16, 2012 at 01:49 PM
What a boring game...... Tannehill is a bust sorry he is. Henne sucks just as bad and look how long we went with him. Ireland needs to be fired for the 1000th time or we will always be mediocre.

Tony,
Agreed. Burnett looks like the only player who got the memo to step it up.
Posted by: We Have Draft Picks | December 16, 2012 at 01:50 PM
And there you have Chad Henne everyone.
Posted by: Armando Salguero | December 16, 2012 at 01:50 PM
2 horrible offenses.
Posted by: DC Dolfan | December 16, 2012 at 01:50 PM
LOL I forgot how slow Henne is.
Posted by: Millions | December 16, 2012 at 01:50 PM
D20,
Teams arent keying on Tannehill's tendancies. Tannehill is now holding true to his 2012 predraft scouting reporting.
Guys, just look at the scouting report, it's the exact same Tannehill we're now seeing. The scouts had it exactly right with T'hill.
All except our "superscout" JI. LOL...

Anger punted in anger .

Nolan Carroll injury is a knee. Questionable to return.
Posted by: Armando Salguero | December 16, 2012 at 01:51 PM
These LB's Suck!!
They Let Chad henne Out The Pocket Twice!!
Horrible at Containing The Play!! Same Goes with Outside Runs!!
Posted by: Dashi | December 16, 2012 at 01:51 PM
Our only saving grace is facing Chad Henne. Tannehill cant win the game and Henne wont let him lose it. LOL...
Posted by: Yesterday's Gone 4Ever! | December 16, 2012 at 01:52 PM
Carroll is going into the locker room now. Walking under his own power.
Posted by: Armando Salguero | December 16, 2012 at 01:52 PM
Aymando, Tell us how the Cheerleaders look.
Please.

Armando,
Your injury updates are more interesting than the game!
Posted by: nyfinfan | December 16, 2012 at 01:52 PM
YG what did the scouting report read?
Posted by: Clue | December 16, 2012 at 01:52 PM
Clue,
If Tannehill does in fact not turn out, Ireland will be fired for sure. You don't miss out on QBs TWICE and keep your job.
Tannehill needs more time before we know for sure but the results are mixed right now.
Posted by: Craig M | December 16, 2012 at 01:53 PM
The Jaguars are a PATHETIC football team. I know we're far from good but I don't think we're going to lose this game.
Posted by: We Have Draft Picks | December 16, 2012 at 01:53 PM
This team is lifeless. And B Marshall just got another TD
Posted by: Sandoval | December 16, 2012 at 01:53 PM
YG, I find it funny how outside "experts" say "Miami has found their franchise QB" but Miami fans scream "bust!"
Unbiased opinion vs biased opinion *weighing the options*
Posted by: MiamiD20 | December 16, 2012 at 01:53 PM
DaShi the whole tam sucks bro. Except Fields and Carpenter reddened himself

That's the 4th time you said that.

Dude , no shakin' hands with the unemployed in here , ok ? LOL
Posted by: Ignignokt | December 16, 2012 at 01:54 PM

Posted by: We Have Draft Picks | December 16, 2012 at 01:54 PM
FINALLY!
Posted by: DC Dolfan | December 16, 2012 at 01:54 PM
Tannehill's accuracy needs major work. I'm thinking his accuracy is terrible when he feels pressure. Maybe he will improve as he becomes more comfortable in the pocket? Thoughts?
Posted by: Darkoak | December 16, 2012 at 01:55 PM
Thigpen rocked and can't hold on! Guess that mean T-Hill sucks...
Posted by: robbyhernz | December 16, 2012 at 01:55 PM
orlando i know, but are you telling me he was the manning of today when he came out of college?
He only earns the benefit of the doubt now he has won 2SB's compared to RT who is 13 games into his career??? c'mon that is a cr*p comparrision and 1 that peeeeeeeees me off. Give T-Hill some recievers, time and some quality coaching then we can talk about comparing him to established players
Posted by: reg | December 16, 2012 at 01:55 PM
That's what clay gets for not jumping, the dude went down for his knees 2 yards before Clay reached him...could have been an easy 1st down
Posted by: MiamiD20 | December 16, 2012 at 01:56 PM
Wow why don't we put flags on these guys. That was a great hit.
Posted by: Orlando Dolphan | December 16, 2012 at 01:56 PM
Strange how the only number Tannehill knows is 48 .
Posted by: Ignignokt | December 16, 2012 at 01:56 PM
Maybe he doesn't throw to WRs because he knows he can't complete those passes.
Posted by: DC Dolfan | December 16, 2012 at 01:56 PM
Armando,
I wonder if you can dig a little deeper on the Egnew stuff. Seems like Sherman really had it in for him based on what we saw on 'Hard Knocks'. Told him he would have cut him right there and then. Do you know, is Philbin taking his view of Egnew from Sherman or dies he honestly feel the kids not ready. I guess what I'm saying, if he were to play Egnew, would that be seen as undermining one of his coaches?
Posted by: Craig M | December 16, 2012 at 01:57 PM
Ok, Tannehill homers, I will say nothing else about him. You'll see for yourselves in time.
P.S.
If you believe in him so stropngly, go out nd by his jersey.
Posted by: Yesterday's Gone 4Ever! | December 16, 2012 at 01:57 PM
This is it, the game that shows Tannehill is definitely a HUGE BUST.
Posted by: Earl | December 16, 2012 at 01:57 PM
How do we NOT recover that ball? 2 players there. What a HORRIBLE team!
Posted by: DC Dolfan | December 16, 2012 at 01:57 PM
I nominate that sack, fumble and whiff at fumble recovery attempt as a a candidate for ugliest play of the year by the Dolphins.
Posted by: Armando Salguero | December 16, 2012 at 01:57 PM
This is really ugly
Posted by: nydolfan19 | December 16, 2012 at 01:57 PM
Wow..this team is REALLY bad...
Posted by: jtlawson5 | December 16, 2012 at 01:57 PM
Tannehil looks like crap today. Awful, Awful, Awful QB play. I know he's a rookie and the leash is long but did I mention he looks AWFUL?
Posted by: nyfinfan | December 16, 2012 at 01:57 PM
Lamar Miller!
Turnover-now I'm with you on Tanahill and his offensive line-we may loose this one
