San Fran. beats the Dolphins, 27-13

SAN FRANCISCO -- The optimist will say the Dolphins traveled across country and gave one of the better teams in the NFC a tough game. The pessimist will see this as another example of the Dolphins not being good enough.

The 49ers beat the Dolphins 27-13 on Sunday.

This realist sees it as a fine effort that fell short because, well, the Dolphins don't have enough horses.

Don't make enough plays in crunchtime.

Probably don't know how to win tight road games against very good teams this because they haven't done it in a long time.

You shouldn't be disappointed. But neither should you be at all excited.

The Dolphins have lost five of the last six games. They have clinched their fourth consecutive year without a winning record

It is what it is.

Craig,

U Didn't Watch The Game!

I Could Care Less!! Just Don't Talk!! About Something U Have No Idea Of!!

I Know Paquiao Got His A S S Whooped!! But I Didn't See How It Happened!! Once I See The Whole Fight Next Saturday! I Will Make My Opinion! Else! ZIP IT!!

YEAH!! WE NEED A DE!! THAT IS TOP PRIORITY!!

AGAIN!! U DON'T WATCH THE GAME!!! YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO TALK!!

AT LEAST THE SOCIOPATH IS JUST A HATER!! AND HE EMPHASIZES EVERYTHING NEGATIVE HE WATCHES!!! AND GUSHES OVER IT FOR HIS BENEFIT!! BUT HE STILL WATCHES THE GAMES!!

U HAVE SAID MULTIPLE TIMES THIS YEAR!! U HAVEN'T WATCHED THE GAME!!

Just Saying!! Ur Opinion!! Doesn't Carry Weight!! Because U Don't Even Watch!!

Some Of Us Are Masochist!! Others Are Just Hopeless!

But We Still Watch The Whipping!! Like It Was "The Passion Of Jesus Christ"!!

..What would be the difference in our personel should we have won today? What would it have changed? Would it mean our secondary was all of the sudden top rate? Would it mean that we can forget about Jake Long, or that Tannehill is destined to be the next great along with the genius Philbin? Seriously, what would a win have done to change the fact this team is a young team who's future could be bright, could be dark? A team that has holes, but also has some pretty decent areas as well. Folks act shocked at this point in the season when things for whatever reason don't go our way..This is who we are this year..any big suprise?

Orlando,

So we beat the Jags and Biils. Big deal! What does that prove? And if we lose to them eveyone will say, 'T-Hill doesn't have the weapons'. I just couldn't care less at this stage. We're not good enough regardless. So let's finish 5-11, get the best picks we can and start findinf out of this coach and QB have it. But I'm tired of the excuses.

The Opti part of me sees the swiss cheese team we have "full of hole" both on "O" and "D" can play against the elite. SF. NE and keep it within reach. The Pessi part of me is wondering about the off season. Can Philbin brain wash Ireland into landing players that can fit and fill the holes we have to suit the direction we are heading or does the parcells mold of a "team" influence Ireland into having a another questionable draft/FA off season. We do not need to be discussing the weaknesses of this year, next year. If the holes are not plugged with players that fit the holes , "round in round, square in square" than the FO and coaching staff needs to be held accountable. Can Ross do that???????. Maybe bring in a "True" not rip off (take the money and run) Parcells, VP of football operations. Like what Elway did in Denver. I wonder if Marino would re consider the last offer. Don't think Ross is smart enough.

if we drafted ty hilton he would still be inactive

Kris I read it all. The child is really stupid heh? How could anyone ever tell its not me! Its so uncanny, I mean what a great impersonation. I love that he thinks it would bother me too. Quite the lonely masturbator that one.

Who thinks Jake Long can play 16 games anymore? Time to move on. And who thinks Jeff Ireland has enough saavy to put the missing pieces together this offseason? He couldn't do it in 5 years...

Lets go and win 2 of 3 down the stretch so instead of picking in the top 5 next year and getting the WR we need so bad, we will pick 14th - the Dolphins sux at suxing - they always win when it doesn't matter, when the pressure is off or when it actually hurts them to win.

We've been rebuilding since 1998. It doesn't matter how young a team is if the youth has no talent. Nolan Carroll and Jimmy Wilson and Daniel Thomas aren't going to magically morph into stars with more experience. We are not going to find receiver talent if we refuse to spend money or high picks on weapons. Thus is common sense.

The playcalling when they get in the red zone is the most predictable thing in this offense...Run...Run Again, then throw out of the shotgun and have every blitzing LB and DE rush your QB with their mouths salivating.

Make no mistake, it was a LUCKY grab by fasano that prevented miami from once again being shut out of the endzone...and its always luck more than skill when it comes to offensive production for this team.

Oh no, we suck again? Wow, i didn't see that coming, lol. This team is always in rebuilding mode. Funny how everyone is talking about all these stellar rookkie QBs, yet we get the stinker. Oh well. It is what it is, right Mandy?

The worst week of your miserable life has begun. For the next 7 days it is entirely possible that Henne will come in here and Lay The Smacdk Down on us next week.
And you know that would hurt bad!!!

It was a disappointing day to be a Fins fan, no doubt, but these guys fought hard. They must be sweating like crazy right about now.

I will be here every minute of everyday for the next 7 days making sure you are miserable!

So Dashi,

Here's the thing....I could care less what you think. I saw enough of the game to comment. You're not the f8xking dictator on here who decides who can and can't talk. I hope I've made my point.

If not....go f8ck yourself!

5 LOSING SEASONS IN A ROW? MAYBE MORE?

What kind og putz throws it away when the game is on the line? Tannehill is one sorry QB.

Orlando,

Moore threw the ball like 15 times that whole game. We won on incredible special teams dominance and bc the jets are awful. Moore just didn't screw up. I like Moore but its a huge leap to think we would score a ton more with him. Ireland has created a weaponless team, Dierdorf couldn't shut up about it. It's not Tannehill's fault.

Phins78,
Why are they sweating now?
Are they getting to know each in the shower SF Style?

Looking forward to talking to DC in the morning and find out what the Hell he was thinking picking the Dolphins to win this week.

Have they legalized pot in DC now?

I sucks.

ROSS, SAVE THE DOLPHINS! SELL THE TEAM!

Andrew do you want to talk about your statement that the Dolphins aren't young when they are the third youngest team in the league? Isn't that something a fan should know when bashing their team. I know the team isn't good, knew it coming into the season. But I don't take delight in their shortcomings like you do. That makes you the opposition. You're way too happy about being beat. And yes, you do use different names,,,a lot. Don't worry, I know.

TanneBUST = The worst QB in the league

You can always tell the apologists by their lame platitudes. The dolphins fought hard! I'm so glad that making millions compelled them to give effort.

Trying hard should be a given. This team sucks because of a galling lack if talent, I don't give a crap if they play hard. That's expected.

'I take care of my kids.' You're supposed to you dumb mothableeper!

Andrew, who's he? Lol.

Craig,

And who do we pick next year? Barkley? Gino Smith? None of those QBs are a sure thing. T-Hill showed some flashes and the game was close at the end. The Dolphins were a the Niners 35 yard line with 4:00 to go. They played well today against a team I frankly thought was going walk all over us. I would rather show some heart and win our next 3 games (the last game agains the Pats may be against the second stringers). You want to go into next year excited about the team knowing that you are a couple of playmakers away from being a contender and that you have your franchise QB.

..BTW That Marquez punch to end the foght last night was one of the best counter punches I have ever seen. Manny was pummeling him but got greedy...Goodnight!

I sure am glad Irescum gave away Da Beast!

I havent been this dissapointed since my wedding day.

Tannehill is just scared. Dude freezes up when it counts. Can't have a guy like that.

Craig M says:

All top draft picks should be on the Offensive side of the ball, as well as any FA signings. If this kid is our future get him someone to throw to who can get open
======================================================
Wow several weeks ago you were posting how great Hartline and Bess were. What happened to your delusional opinions of the Dolphin receivers? I guess reality finally set in. Yeah you know football (sarcasm)

Tannehill needs to learn how to play the position of QB more and study the science of the deep ball and learning to tuck and run in the offseason among other things...
Apperently with thee games left in a 16 game season is not a learning curve enough for him to understand that to lead a reviever is not to overthrow him by 10 yrds or underthrow him by 5 yrds..and it helps on fourth down to realize the situation and not throw the ball away.

At this rate, by next year he should be very familiar with his own division and HIS own conferences and the teams in it!

You guys are duds. You know nothing aboot foozball. I'm smart as heck. Yes sirry, Bob.

What are the other names I'm using? You know, just like you know that a team in perpetual rebuild mode is close to turning the corner.

I don't care how young the benchwarmers are. The only teasonae talent on the team, Dansby, Burnett, Wake, Bush are not young. The young guys are brutal, they won't magically get better.

Freeney. Good god. What a dumbarse.

Andrew I apologize, you weren't the one those posts were meant for. I just read back and realized Im talking to the wrong guy. I just wanted to point out to you the team was young ,you said it wasnt. The other stuff was meant for someone Im now ignoring.

Andrew, confess. Your using my username, impostor. I demand you apologize. Now, kiss my beautiful feet, damn it!

Andrew meant to say this team is young and devoid of talent on the offense side of the ball, not all pertaining to youth tho.

How in the world did Tannehill go in the 1st rd? Its just mind boggling.

promichael @ 8:01pm,

Not sure where you got those comments from. It sure wasn't me. Must have been been an impersonator.

Phins78, stop looking for attention, douche. Schizophrenic loon.

it looks to me like that kaepernick run is 1000% jason trusnick's fault. losing koa misi hurt us in the second half.

add linebacker to our long list of holes. we cant be counting on a borderline special teams player to play outside linebacker after one guy gets hurt. trusnick is terrible.

SOCIOPATH!!

The Deffence and Offence!! Comment Was To Craig! Not U!!

Craig Got It!! Which Is all That Matters Since I Was Talking!! Directly To Him NOT U!!

Spelling!! What About Mind Your Own F-ING BUSINESS!!

YOU WILL ONLY SPEAK!! WHEN SPOKEN TO!!

ELSE DASHI AND YOU HAVE NOTHING TO TALK ABOUT!!

-------------------------------------------------------

AGAIN!!!!!!

ME AND ALL YOUR PERSONALITIES HAVE NOTHING TO TALK ABOUT!!

YOU ARE A SOCIOPATH!! AND IF U REALLY ARE A PSYCHOLOGIST!!! THAT IT JUST EXTREMELY PERVASIVE!!

TALK ABOUT THE PERFECT BREEDING GROUNDS FOR A PREDATOR!! LIKE YOU!!

I can feel the frustration of "so close but yet so far" that all the Phin fans are feeling and yet fighting each other? I have been in fights at Joe Robbie stadium in the 80's against the opposition fans Win or Lose you stand by your team. Not fight each other. (Dashi and Craig M.), Guys remember we are the 12th man. Don't know about the rest of you guys but after a few Beers and watching another loss, I am not too happy but am looking forward to next year.

Too many nuts on this board. I'm out.

I doubt we could get a 5th rder for Tannehill now.

Hey guys, how'd i do?

How in the world did Tannehill go in the 1st rd? Its just mind boggling.

Posted by: Shula 73 | December 09, 2012 at 08:04 PM

Have you just now started paying attention to ireland and the front office miscues? Mind Boggling is what the sign on top of Irelands name mantle reads every time the topic of football and talent evaluation is brought up.

ASERE!!!!!! A DONDE ESTAN LOS CUBANOS????!!!!!!

The optimist says SHOOTOUT AT SUN LIFE CORRAL AT HIGH NOON(plusanhour)next SUNDAY YOUR BOY HENNE AGAINST TANNY MAY THE BEST GUNSLINGER WIN.THE LOSER WILL HAVE TO USE PART OF THE WINNERS NAME IN TEAM MEATINGS WHERE THE PLAYERS WILL RAG ON HIM.WILL THE LOSER BE HENNEHILL OR WILL IT BE TANNE.COME ON OUT GANG THEIR COULD BE PLANES FLYING OVER THE STADIUM TOTEING BANNERS OF DISCONTENT.THE OCs HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE THROW THE BALL SHERMAN OR GET OUTTA TOWN.

Lol fair enough phins78.

I am certainly very, very skeptical and I know that rubs some fans the wrong way. But I call it like I see it. A lot of people are worried about the Heat. I'm not because that is just how they approach the regular season.

I don't trust Ireland. I don't think he should get to use the arsenal of picks we have stored. And I'm going to keep saying it.

Doesn't mean I want them to lose. I'd be thrilled to be proven wrong. But after fifteen years I'm not going to sugarcoat my feelings.

Craig if that's really you, someone is impostering me. See the two posts at 8:03?

Orlando,

No way we draft a top QB in April. What would be the point of that? We need to see what Tannehill can do with more help.

Guys looks like the dumb f8cking impersonators are out again. Maybe I'll have a word with Armando about it. We're on a mission to clean up the blog. So keep it whatever moron you are. We'll get you too...

Gentlemen, you dont purge a roster of good receivers trying to replace them all with great receivers. Adding a great reciever to the fold makes a good receiver better. Seems to me that Bess and Hartline were both more effective last season because Marshall was here. Now, you can ignore that fact that Marshall drew the heavy attention and also that it allows you to use Bess and Hartline more effectively. You can just credit Matt Moore, and blame Tannehill for everything. But fact of the matter is that even if Moore was responsible for some of it he wasnt responsible for all of it. Add a top, deep threat reciever to the roster and Tannehill is more effective and so are the existing receivers that remain.

Phins78, yeah their posing as me as well. This place is full of weirdos. Want to hook up on Twitter?

Don't need Long? If the Dolphins do not keep him, you know that they will be itching to draft an offensive lineman in the first round.

And a wide receiver in the 7th.

ARMANDO, A DONDE ESTAN MIS CUBANOS?????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

even 8-8 wouldhave been an improvement. but with this anemic offense i think were going to be lucky to win even one more game.
