Quick look at the Dolphins’ 53, as of June 17

Hey friends-

It’s Adam Beasley. As Armando mentioned last week, he’s on vacation, and so a few of us will post updates to his blog, as events warrant. It’s a quiet week at Dolphins camp; the only players left in town are the rookies, who have one final week of workouts before they disperse for the summer.

But with training camp literally a month away, it’s never too early to start thinking about which 53 players will be on the roster when the season kicks off in Cleveland Sept. 8. Here’s my first, very rough, take. The good news for the Dolphins: This isn’t easy. There will be several good football players who don’t make the team this year, and – unless there are a string of catastrophic injuries – you won’t see the team pick through the waiver wire castoffs to the degree it did in 2012.

As a disclaimer, this is based on what we’ve seen thus far (which, in shorts and jerseys, hasn’t been much).

No more trolls. heheheh

I told you before, Great Teams with Great Players are NEVER out of the Game until Time runs out.

Mr. Salguero,

With your recent Cyber Space incident, I am curious to know if you might now consider some changes and upgrades here on the blog?

I read your for the news. I read most of the writers here and then some. I seldom post anymore and it's for the obvious reason. Anyone that stops in here is aware.

What I have been able to figure out is that it's mainly just one person that causes most of the troubles. He uses many aliases and has been banned multiple times from most of the Dolphin Blogs. That's the MAIN REASON he's always here and ALWAYS ruining your blogs.

It took me more than 6 months too learn all of his styles and aliases. Quite a few of the other bloggers here have him figured out too. Coincidentally enough, those are the posters he attacks, stalks and childishly harasses the most. Most of the posters here that do not acknowledge him as the culprit are simply Another of his many aliases.

This is just a small sample of YG-Yestedays Gone/DB-Dying Breed's handiwork(FWIW-Mark In Toronto is right on target and explains it PERFECTLY @ 3:15).

This immature person is obviously very disturbed. I mean this in addition to the racist bigotry he displays on a daily basis.

I'm all for Free Speech and that's exactly why I bring it up now. I'm also in favor of protecting everyone's right to Free Speech and ensuring the individual rights of the populace. This one solitary individual has been allowed to infringe upon everyone's rights. This is "SUPPOSED TO BE AN OPEN FORUM." We should all be allowed to participate without having to wade through this adult juvenile delinquents absurd rantings and ravings.

His failure to acknowledge the rights of others dovetails perfectly with his inability to identify and/or recognize any type of boundaries in any form
(Those of you with any knowledge of basic psychology probably realize this is no coincidence.)

In a round about way, Mr. Salguero, YOU have now received a taste of your own medicine. I'm asking you Mr. Salguero, try imagining how your followers feel when they have to go through what you went through EACH and EVERY DAY. Try imagining having to go through that EACH and EVERY time you come to the blog and attempt to participate.

That is exactly the same type of atmosphere this one childishly demented individual is allowed to wallow in here on YOUR BLOG.

Thank you for your time Mr. Salguero.

They raised a dead one there.

Dear Mr. Salguero,

I'm not up on all the High-Tech Spy vs Spy gadgets all the Kids use these days. But I received a strange message from the poster above.

Initially he said something about circling numbers on page 20 of the Miami Herald and then some crazy stuff about red flags and flower pots.

I could be getting some of the details wrong, but he said I was to refer to him as W. M. Felt **ONLY** and that he had some important document he wanted me to hand over to you.

I didn't mind doing the guy a favor Mr. Salguero, but when he wanted me to meet him in an underground parking garage downtown, I got more than a little worried.

Anywhoo......the document went something like this:

Oscar whats the beef with Odin?

He's funny, psychotic as can be, but funny. He'll talk football all day and all night if somebody besides a troll is on.

He puts the smackdown on the trolls in a hilarious sort of way but other than that, he knows football.

Would you prefer YG/DB be allowed to ruin the blog every day and nobody say anything about it?

Dads,

All good points and questions. WTF....?

ESPN will probably have a segment explaining how much better New England is, than Miami when it comes to covering up Murders!

Thanks FWFA.

LETS GO HEAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish Riley was the Dolphin GM.

Looking at the projected Fin's roster it seems fairly realistic. We have to remember there will be injuries and there may be other signings before the season starts.

Most important we have to remember there is the Pracice Squad. So Binns vs. McNutt vs. Mathews??? I have no idea at this point. But if the coahces like all three they can protect them by keeping them on the Practice Squad allowing for the ocmpetition to continue throughout the year.

I think the DT situation will prove interesting throughout the year. Solai and Starks both have big contracts expiring after this season. Do the Fin's have to pay them both to stay or will others rise up presenting less costly options allowing for their release?

The rookie CB's will also prove interesting. Will one or both rise up before the season starts allowing the coaches to cut Carroll or Patterson? Patterson has a big contract and if he isn' starting or serving as the Nickel he may be gone.

I hope Jonas Gray shows he is healthy and capable. If so, I'd keep him over the less reliable Thomas.

I hope Lance Louis is healthy and displaces the overweight mess that is starting RG now.

Positions I still am concerned most about?
- THILL - does he rise up and improve?
- Martin - can he lock down LT?
- RG - who wins out?
- OLB - can someone displace Misi?
- CB - who rises to the 2nd CB position?

Morning all, best time of the day. We know YG will be asleep for a few more hours before he comes on and spews mother jokes like a 3rd grader.

Anyway, I really like the skill set McNutt brings. Don't think I would ever buy that jersey (well maybe ranks slightly higher than a Rudy Gay jersey) but he can be the big WR we need. The dude is big and strong but still athletic.

And oh yeah, wouldn't be surprised if Jenkins eventually wins out over Misi.

Hey Mark I didn't fully answer your questions on page 2 before the 4 pages of psycho babble commenced. I think Tannehill is looking better in practice partly because the receiver group is considerably better. Also this is the time of year for coaches to tell a player to try anything in regards to throws so as to figure out what he can get away with. Having some ball-hawking from our secondary will help Tannehill a lot in that regard. He has to improve that's a given considering the reps he'll get, the throw and catching with his receivers, and an offseason analyzing his bad throws from the year before.

By all accounts the kid is really smart. You would expect progression. he holds all the keys. keys to the team future and ultimately in the gm's future too. This will be the first really interesting Dolphins season since Ricky got here ... (at least I think so)

And Dashi said it right before ... this roster is starting to look deep. We have many options at most positions ... I like

Alot different than a year ago where we had almost no depth at any position. Now we even have a kicking competition.

So this Aaron hernandez saga is getting more interesting by the moment and the arrows are pointing to this having a unfortunate result for the player.

If this is what it looks like it is ... what a waste of a talent hernandez would be.

I have been posting in here ever since the Spring of 2008.
So have many of you.
Why am I the only person outraged that this newspaper would layoff the the only Cubano employee that it has, every year, for 2 months at a time.
Why am I the only person outraged that Mando has to collect unemployment and hide from his landlord for 2 months out of the year.
Why am I the only person outraged that this newspaper does not furlough each employee, for 1 week at a time, without pay, on a rotating basis.
What I'm suggesting is fair for everybody and it is not based on race, ethnicity or origin.

Last night I suggested that if Lebron cannot lift the Heat past SA, what chance would Tanne have to elevate us past NO, Atl, Bal & Indy in the first 5 weeks.

As it turns out Lebron single-handedly overcame the best SA had to offer, hoisted the entire organization upon his shoulders and broght home the victory.

Therefore the only conclusion to draw is that Tanne can in fact beat Atl, Indy, NO & Bal single-handedly in the first 5 weeks of the season.

There is no turning back now, we are a Super Bowl contender.

My hope is that we can spend tender moments together today. Give me a sponge bath.

Free Armando!

It's nice to see somethin about the Fins even if it is a fluff piece full of errors. I can go to ESPN if I want to read story after story about the NFC Central which the Miami Tribune seems fixated on. As a matter of fact, ESPN does an excellent job of digging out factoids about the Dolphis each day. imagine that!

The AFC East BLog in ESPN is actually a funny place to be. The blogger get constantly haranged by Patriot fans claiming he's a DOlphins homer. It's like ESPN bizarro world.

I hope the suspician of Aaron Hernandez is not based on race/ethnicity or origin.

How long is Armando's unpaid furlough---I mean, um, 'vacation'---from the bankrupt Miami Herald supposed to last this year?

Why would a multi-millionaire NFL tight end rent a car anyway?
This makes no sense.

Unless you expect to go all stabby on someone.

Apparently the victim was dating Aaron hernandez' girlfriend's sister so there is a connection.

Tim Tebow may be the staritng TE for the pats this year.

So maybe the gf's sister kept looking at Aaron and her bf got loud and shht go out of hand.

But millionaire NFL players don't do thier own work that's why they keep people like AC Green around.

THE LOVE BOY CONNECTION(ODIN/DASHI/PINS78) ARE MISSING TODAY, WHERE ARE THEY??

**Lawsuit Accused Aaron Hernandez Of Shooting Man In Florida**

Lawsuit Accused Aaron Hernandez Of Shooting Man In Florida
June 19, 2013 2:46 PM

BOSTON (CBS) – New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez is accused of shooting a man in Miami earlier this year, according to court documents obtained by WBZ-TV Wednesday.

In a lawsuit filed in federal court in Florida last Thursday, Hernandez is accused of shooting a man in the face after an altercation at a strip club.

According to the lawsuit, first reported by TMZ, Hernandez and Alexander Bradley went to Tootsie’s Cabaret in Miami on February 13, 2013 and got into an argument.

Both men left the club in the same car and during the ride, according to the suit, Hernandez allegedly aimed a gun at Bradley and the gun went off.

Bradley claims he lost his right eye, needed surgery to reconstruct his face, and suffered damage to his right hand and arm.

The suit also claimed Hernandez did not have a license to carry the firearm.

He demanded more than $100,000 from Hernandez in the lawsuit.

Bradley’s attorney, David Jaroslawicz, tells WBZ-TV the lawsuit was filed last Thursday and withdrawn only because of a minor error. It was re-filed Wednesday afternoon in US District Court.

WBZ-TV contacted the Miami Dade County State Attorney, the Broward County State Attorney and Palm Beach County State Attorney Wednesday about the alleged incident and all said they have no record of it.

No charges have been filed yet in criminal court.

There has been no comment from Hernandez, who is currently under investigation in connection with a homicide near his home in North Attleboro.

Odin Lloyd, 27, of Dorchester, was found dead in an industrial park Monday, less than a mile from Hernandez’s house.

There have been no arrests.

Hernandez has not been ruled out as a suspect in the homicide investigation, a law enforcement source told WBZ-TV’s Karen Anderson Wednesday.
===================

The TMZ stuff could possibly be a pile of garbage. But there is one **MAJOR ISSUE** that jumps out at me and it isn't good for the Pats and the Hernandez camp.

Thanks to this day and age of the savvy internet generation, we **ALL KNOW** what it means when a "person of interest" in a homicide investigation refuses to cooperate with authorities.

(So much for that great TE draft. Gronk is a mangled mess and there could be an impending indictment for Hernandez.)

Stephen Ross is the worst owner in sports. He has to be in a complete coma to keep Ireland as GM.

The Dolphins STINK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You simply cannot place deadly weapons around these emotionally unstable Dominicans such as Aaron Hernandez and reasonably expect them not to use them. I would make it illegal for them (also Croatians) to have anything more lethal than a toy bow and arrow or a slingshot.

All Dominican such as Hernandez must be stripped of their weaponry as soon as possible!

The Irish are also a notoriously dull-witted and emotionally capricious race but at least they usually settle their disputes with moronic, drunken brawls that usually end in homoerotic bonding between fits of crying and vomiting.

Those Dominicans, though, it's just "bang! bang!" at the drop of a hat!

After all that has been said and done no one else beside me is willing to stick up for Mando?

Did the whole newspaper get laid off for 2 months? No only Mando did.
Did all of the sports writers get laid off for 2 months? No only Mando did.
Are all of the journalists collecting unemployment and playing 'the quiet game' whenever a car stops near by because it could be the landlord? No only Mando is playing the quiet game.

This is a terrible turn of events and after suffering through 5 years of watching Mando suffer I must speak up and expose the unjustness of it all.

Oscar, was that you I saw trying to get back inside???

Yeah, I agree, it's always tough when one gets laid off.

However, fortunately for Armando, he knows well ahead of time when his "Furloughs" will be. I'm sure as a mature, responsible adult, he plans well ahead of time for these vacation-like breaks.

Also, the majority of the other writers also get these layoffs under almost identicle circumstances.

Quit worrying, it's much to do about nothing.

Ok. As long as your sure Mando doesn't feel like he's being treated differently because of race/origin/ethnicity then I'm fine with it.
Thank you.

BTW what are the odds that a guy that Hernandez shot would be named Odin?

Are you 100% service connected or not, odin?

No, it was my brother Jack!

Truly, ExposingTheFraud, some pretty fukkkin weird things happening around here.

Oscar, you are truly a pretty fukkkin weird thing happening around here.

For years on end now!

Man, I tell you, it's not me only. There are some things that are going on around me that I can't explain thru reasoning. Later.

Marinos teams always came up short in the playoffs, like the 1985 AFC Championship Game where they lost to New England 30-14 at home. Marino had two picks and a 54.9 rating in that game. The 1992 AFC Championship Game where Marino had one touchdown, two picks, and a 56.5 QB rating in a 29-10 loss at Buffalo. Ten of his 18-playoff games saw Marino throw two or more picks. The Dolphins were 1-9 in those games. There is no debating that Marino was not the same quarterback on the big stage in the postseason that he was in the regular season. Not a money QB
