Live blog: OL in shambles, Patterson active

The Dolphins offensive line -- the source of off and onfield issues this season -- is the focus again today.

The Dolphins staring offensive line versus the San Diego Chargers will be: LT Bryant McKinnei, LG Sam Brenner, C Nate Garner, RG John Jerry, and RT Tyson Clabo.

Garner, who played left guard the previous two games, moves over to center because Mike Pouncey is out. Brenner was added off the practice squad Saturday. He was an undrafted free agent who was with the team since training camp.

The amazing things?

Danny Watkins, a former first-round draft pick acquired nearly two months ago, is active but obviously not better (in the coaching staff's opinion) to start ahead of the rookie.

And Dallas Thomas, who was worked both tackle and guard since the start of the season, is active but also not considered better (in the coaching staff's eyes) to start ahead of the undrafted rookie. By the way, Thomas was a third-round draft pick.

The good news?

Cornerback Dimitri Patterson is active today but he is not starting.

There's a live blog today. It happens below:

TO THE REST OF YOU NORTHERN DOUCHEBAGS WHO WANTED US TO LOSE?? HOPE YOU GET SNOWED IN ALL WINTER AND SUFFER!!

Brennar deserves the game ball. A couple of those sacks today were on Tannehill. He needs to know when to throw the ball away and have better pocket awareness.

Hahahah. I don't even need to say anything. Except

FIRE ARMANDO SALGUERO.
NO INTEGRITY
NO HONESTY
BULLIES READERS
HYPOCRIT

Can't even show up for his own live blog. Pathetic.

FIRE ARMANDO SALGUERO.

Super win !!!!!!!!!!!!

WHERE IS ALL YOU WORTHLESS TROLLS???

Where are all those trolls and why do they always disappear when we win. A lot of Ireland draft busts and free agents helped us win this game tonight.

It did seem like Armando was rooting against the fins. It is almost like Armando thinks that football locker rooms are full of girls and that hazing/bullying does not happen around the NFL. The Dolphins just got unlucky to have a 320 pound wimp in the locker room that rated out his teammates.

Armando, S. Florida has Dolphin fans and we hate to see one of our own beat writers attack our team with this overblown story.

Forget the trolls. I go after the Armando loving Dolphin haters that trash the team at every turn. You douchebags know who you are.

orlando lets be real here man

man chargers are bad though love my boy grimes

Guys be real. They are going nowhere. Inconsistent in all phases and a below average QB not to mention a 60m decoy. If we weren't going to use him why bother or the bigger question does tannehill have the ability/ touch to throw a deep ball?

new thread

This win did not fit Armando's narrative for the week about how the locker room is divided with the bullying scandal. Ask yourself Armando, if the locker room as so toxic why are there no other young players saying that they are being bullied. You have guys that are much smaller than Martin and they are still there. This is all on the coward and snitch Martin.

Stevet, go jerk your self

All you guys wanting the fins to lose, c'mon, how does this make the future better. If the fins get 4 or 5 wins that tells you that they need to strip the team and start all over. I rather see some good players emerge and go into next year needing a couple of players on offense and defense to be a contender. We have very good WRs, Clay has shown that he is good TE, Tannehill has shown promise and he is young and the two young RBs ran the ball well today. The defense also has some talent. I want to have something to play for this year. Why would you want to be the Jacksonville Jaguars?

I really didn't think any of the sacks were on Tanny. Missing Wallace on the deep ball is on him and the INT but not the sacks, he was mauled. There was no pocket.

And the Saints beat that a-hole Harbaugh and the Niners. I love it.
